The Space:

This five-bedroom home in Oceanside has it all! With a private hot tub, plenty of space, and fantastic ocean views, you may never want to leave.



Perched on a hill on the south end of small and quiet Oceanside, this home is ideal for a relaxing coastal getaway. Easy beach access is about a mile away at the Oceanside Beach Recreation Site, so you can spend your days hunting for sand dollars, jogging along the beach, and watching for whales. Oceanside itself has a few eateries (including the amazing Roseanna's Cafe), but for more options you can drive five minutes into Netarts or 15 into the larger Tillamook.



The upper level of this home is the main living area, which means you can enjoy spectacular views of the ocean from the large windows. Have a seat in the living room, use the full kitchen to prepare tasty meals, or walk out onto the large ocean-facing deck to admire the scenery. Here you will also have a cozy gas fireplace, cable TV, WiFi access, and board games available, so nobody will be bored!



With five bedrooms (two of them master-style with attached bathrooms) and four bathrooms, this home can host 13 guests comfortably (with a maximum occupancy of 17 - just pack some air mattresses or sleeping bags for the younger guests!). Up to two dogs are also allowed here with an additional nightly fee.



If you head outside, you will be delighted to find a private hot tub sitting on the lower patio area. You will love to relax in the warm, bubbling water after a long day of walking on the beach.



This home is a perfect place to bring a large family or some close friends to enjoy a slow-paced beach vacation. With the shore so close, and plenty of other attractions nearby including boating on the Tillamook Bay, visiting the Cape Meares Lighthouse, and hiking around coastal trails, everyone will find something to love about this stretch of the northern coast!



With a private hot tub, fantastic ocean views, and plenty of space for a crowd of guests, you will adore this comfortable home in Oceanside!

The check in was seamless. House had a great view and awesome living space to hang out in. We enjoyed the games & puzzles provided. Was disappointed that the laundry door was broken upon check in as well as the hot tub what full of sand. On the plus side, the host was super responsive to the issues & even issued a refund for the hot tub fee as we couldn't use it.

Overall, the property was in a lovely setting with an amazing view. The pictures on VRBO didn't do it justice. Oceanside is a cute little quaint town with a few restaurants and a beautiful beach. Our family had a great time hanging out and playing in the surf. The property can sleep a lot of people which is a plus if you are travelling with large groups. We had a few snafus once getting to the property. The time for check was listed as 4pm but when we arrived we were told 6pm. There were some maintenance issues that need to be addressed by the management company. The dryer was not working when it was time to wash our clothes, there were tacks coming out of wood runner in the doorways to the bedrooms that we caught before the children stepped on them, there were no oven mitts, and only one shower could run at a time without running out of hot water. We really did love the area and would still go back to this rental as long as these issues were fixed. It really was a lovely area, place, and view and would recommend this to other families.

We had a wonderful stay overall! The upstairs main living area was definitely the highlight of the house. It was spacious enough for our entire group to gather, eat meals together, and enjoy the incredible ocean view, which ended up being everyone’s favorite part of the home. The location was great, just a short drive to the beach. The house comfortably accommodated our group, and we never felt cramped. Communication with the host was appreciated, and overall we had a great experience!There were just a few small things that could make future stays even better. A couple of the shampoo dispensers were empty, and there wasn’t any hand soap in the upstairs bathroom or in the kitchen. We also had some trouble getting the hot tub to warm up initially, although we were eventually able to get it working.Overall, these were minor issues compared to everything the home had to offer. The stunning views, comfortable gathering space, and convenient location made for a memorable stay.

This was the spot for the younger members of our extended family all in their 20's. They spoke very highly of the house commenting on how spacious and well equipped it was. The kitchen was well supplied and very large. The views were terrific as described and the wrap around porch was a great place from which to view the sunset. One could park in the driveway or on the street right in front of the house. Nice that it is in a quiet, out of the way neighborhood in Oceanside which is a small, out of the way town. One can spend one's time reading or knitting in the family room or go out for walks on the nearby beaches and trails. A car is needed to get to these spots as the roads are narrow and curving. it is not far from a market which has good samosas and great scoop ice cream. Seals can be seen on sandbars or swimming in Netarts Bay which is a short distance away turning down the road by The Schooner Restaurant (recommended). Short Beach is a must to see the starfish and other tidal basin life. If one wants a busy beachside town with lots of night life, this is not the place. Perfect for those looking to unwind in a quite, natural spot. Great for our family reunion vacation. All were very happy with the choice of Oceanside and this house. One area that could be improved is the carpet. I think it could be refreshed. Otherwise, a great spot and highly recommended.

The house worked great for our family, big enough that everyone had a place to hang out. Overall, the house was clean, however I think the housekeepers should pay better attention to detail. There are dead bugs on the wall above one of the showers, lots of dusty cobwebs in the kitchen, at least one of the shower body washes was empty, things like that. The view from the patio is great, and the house sits on a quiet cul de sac.

Great weekend getaway!

I just had a great weekend with friends at this lovely house. The hot tub was amazing, the house was so clean and welcoming and we were super close to the beach! There was so much space that we all comfortably had our own rooms but we ended up hanging out in the living room and kitchen area all together. SO cozy, can't wait to go back!

Company Retreat was a huge success

Beautiful property. Beautiful furnishings. House was perfect for our large gathering. We could all be together or go off into our own private quarters if we needed some quiet time.

Big beautiful common area

We had plenty of room for our group to gather in the living room of this home with big windows looking out on trees. The table was huge for our meals. Bedrooms were comfortable and it was great to have many bathrooms.

Overall this house was great! Tons of space for a large group, especially so we could all be together in the living room/kitchen area. The hot tub was clean and the large porch had amazing views of the ocean. The only area that could be improved was the bedrooms - the beds were a little small and the rooms were pretty basic.

The house is very nice,lots of space, beautiful view. It is on the top of the hill. Walk to the beach is about 20 min down the hill, part of it is on busy highway. Walking back up the hill is more challenging. Better driving down and park by the beach. The downside , the house was not cleaned properly and linens smelled like dirty rags. Hope they will change their cleaning service.

The house was great for our large group...close to beach and viewpoints

We really enjoyed our time at this house. We had 15-17 people staying with us for the weekend. Everyone had their own space but the kitchen and living room area were great for common areas. There were movies and toys available for our nephew and movies and speakers available for the adult entertainment. We would recommend this house for a large group. The views are also awesome!!

We really enjoyed the house! It was spacious and the view was great. It would be nice to see more large bowls and big pots. The only issue we had was the bbq caught on fire due to the grease traps not being correctly cleaned between customers.

Big enough for the whole family

My son was getting married in Oceanside so we rented this property. Overall the room set up with 2 master bedrooms and, and 3 other rooms for adult children and grandkids was worth the price. The view was perfect and the deck was relaxing. Only real complaint was there were 2 ranks of propane there and when we went to cook on the BBQ we noticed they were both empty, we had to drove to Tillamook in a hurry to cook for the event. Knowing this now i would do a walk through and check to make sure all ammenities are full and ready for your use when you show up. Do not take for granted that you visually see what should be there.

Lovely home on hill

Nice home for family gathering. Beautiful great room and open kitchen. Reverse living with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms downstairs works well. 5th bedroom is a sofa room attached to great room. Nice sand in yard for kids to play in. No fire pit. Short drive to beach.
