The house features a comfortable studio and loft layout, complete with a queen bed, full sized pull-out couch, and additional 2 floor mattresses in the loft. Sleeps up to 6 guests. The bathroom is well-appointed, offering all the essentials for your comfort with a walk-in shower. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals with ease. Enjoy the convenience of modern amenities, including air conditioning, wireless internet, and a TV for entertainment.

The Neighborhood:
Step outside and you're just a short stroll from the world-famous Lava Hot Springs pools, perfect for a relaxing soak any time of year (approx. 5-minute walk). Important Information for Your Stay at Watershed: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, allowing you to settle in comfortably. Please check out by 11:00 AM on your departure day. Free parking is available in the driveway. For the safety and comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted inside the house. We provide linens, towels, and basic essentials for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped for your use, and we kindly request that you clean up after preparing your meals. No pets allowed.
