The Space
Built in 2003 with sustainability in mind, the home features solar panels, a solar pergola, and geothermal heating with radiant floors and central A/C. Enjoy the comfort of brand-new 2024 appliances—washer/dryer, stove, fridge, and dishwasher—plus a reverse osmosis water filtration system.

Inside, the space is rich in charm and craftsmanship, with custom woodwork throughout by renowned furniture maker David Ebner. The main floor includes a cozy living area, fully equipped kitchen, and a primary bedroom with garden views and an en-suite bath. Upstairs, you'll find a loft bedroom with twin bed and private bathroom, and a bonus office room with a convertible futon. Additional sleeping space is available upon request.

Outdoor Living
The large wrap-around back patio (700 sq ft) is ideal for alfresco dining, shaded by the solar pergola and complete with picnic tables, lounge chairs, and a ping pong table. After a day outdoors, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or explore the lake by canoe or kayak—both available to guests.
