Hunter Mountain Ski Chalet

Welcome to our cozy cabin in the Catskills! After a decade of renting airbnbs in the area, we were finally lucky enough to be able to buy our own home! We love our cabin and are happy to share its magic with you. It is a newly renovated two bedroom (approx 650 square feet) and it’s been recently updated with all you need to make your experience special. 7 minutes to Colgate Lake, 7 minutes to Tannersville and 10 minutes to Hunter mountain.

Our cozy cabin features two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a twin bed. We also have comfortable Japanese Mattresses for extra guests. The living room and queen bedroom have floor to ceiling picture windows, bringing the outside in. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and the brand new appliances and grill make cooking easy and enjoyable. The cabin is on two acres of land with large front and back lawn space and woods. We have reverse osmosis filtered drinking water, a vitamix and a programmable coffee maker. There is a wood burning stove to keep you extra cozy. The cabin is clean, simple and modern with a rustic feel. It is the perfect blend of comfort and beauty. All linens are super soft and we always use duvet covers for extra comfort and cleanliness. The wrap around deck is perfect for your morning coffee while looking at the mountain view and peeking at the birds.

The location can not be beat. This is "up mountain" heaven. We are 10 minutes to Hunter mountain, 7 minutes to magical Colgate Lake for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and relaxing, 15 minutes to Windham, and 7 minutes to Tannersville with all the restaurants and shops you need. We are also 5 minutes from Mountain Top Arboretum, 5 minutes to Scribner's Farm for your produce, 10 minutes to J & J Farm for your Grass Fed, free range meat, 10 minutes to Fellow coffee shop, and 15 minutes to North/South Lake and Kaaterskill Falls for incredible hiking.
