This house is spacious, clean and comfortable. It is in a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks, which is great for walking my dog. I enjoyed sitting out back by the pool watching the golfers. I would definitely rent it again.

Well worth staying. I have stayed at many homes for many years. This home was the nicest I’ve stayed in for many years. Pool very nice great view of golf course in the morning with your coffee. House very clean. The house was nice and cold not like some two floor homes in Florida that is like a beatbox. They thought of all your needs while not at home. Thanks for a wonderful vacation. Will definitely stay again.

Great second stay

After a few years away, we decided to stay here a second time for our trip to Universal Studios. We had 9 in our party, plenty of room for everyone. Grandma really enjoyed the downstairs Master Bedroom & bath, more like an In-Law Quarter. Pool area is larger than usual. We’ll be back!

House was absolutely fantastic for the 6 of us. Lots of space. Being on a golf course, it was very quiet. Karina, the property manager, was very responsive to our concerns. I would gladly stay in this house again even if there were only 4 of us. Price is very reasonable.

Excellent Property for Disney

This is a beautiful home and worked well for us. I loved the home so much I would purchase it. Great neighborhood. We were there to visit family who reside on the other side of Orlando.My rating is due to the location outside of Disney. The property allows easy access to Disney, but the main roads, HW192 and I4 come to a standstill due to Disney traffic and it is challenging to get to the other side of Orlando.Otherwise I would recommend and stay there again.

Winter Getaway

Everything was great accept the pool heat. The hot tub wouldn't get up to the proper temperature, same with the pool. Other than that the house was great.

Golf and Disney

We enjoy our stay at this house so much. 2nd year staying here. Everything is clean and organized. We went to Disney and then come back to house to cook dinner and relax by pool and hot tub. My husband and his friend loved playing golf at Highlands Reserve.Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping.

Great vacation home

The house was clean and spacious, enough for a large group to enjoy. The bed and furniture was all comfortable. I enjoyed spending time out back watching the golfers and relaxing in the quiet neighborhood. I love the neighborhood and appreciate the sidewalks when I took walks with my dog. Having the pool table in the house was also a plus. Thanks for a great week!

Great Villa

We are returning customers, and absolutely love this villa. Everything was just as good as before, the pool size and view still are amazing. I would recommend to anyone that is considering booking a villa to go here, we love it and will return again. A special mention I’d like to make is for the management company - Katina is great. She called to check on us during a storm, and had wind damage round the pool fixed within a couple of hours of me reporting it. First class service! We look forward to returning again! As an aside, the local area is growing and growing, there are now a lot more food places close by and more coming - this all adds to the appeal.

Average rental, very clean, needs updating

Good rental, a lot of space. Very clean. Needs updating. TVs need an upgrade - standard cable with not streaming options. Furniture and fixtures are dated. The “game room” is an unfinished garage with no AC and the table games do not work; space is used to store cleaning supplies. Pool is nice, larger than most FL rentals but depth is 5ft. Beds are okay, vary from room to room Also the location is away from the busy attractions in a nice, quiet neighborhood however getting anywhere brings heavy traffic.

Summer 24

Overall the house was nice, and to clarify all items were corrected quickly by the property manager. When we arrived the house interior was very clean and nice. When we went to the pool ready to cool off after a long drive the pool was visibly green, contacted the property manager and she assured me the pool guy was there that day which was evident by fresh chlorine tabs in the floater, however the pool was not clean. The water was green and there was visible green algae around the pool bottom. IF the pool guy would have brushed the sides and bottom before he treated the pool it would have been a lot better. I personally using a small broom brushed the sides and bottom of the pool loosening all the algae and the pool was clear in a few hours...He returned Monday morning and I watched him cleaning the filter and it was black so it had obviously not been cleaned in a while. I have a personal pool and know a few things about pool maintenance. Once we had the pool straight the only other thing was the TV in the living room (Not a big deal ) but finally had a technician from the cable company out to correct it (Signal strength issue is what he told me). House needs some maintenance(Back door is very hard to lock, only one of the sliding doors worked properly Master BR worked, the other 2 either would not open or once open did not close without being locked) Air hockey table in the garage does not work (Lights and sound come on but no air to the table) Nice house but needs TLC.

Cute House

We had some bumps getting started but they did try to make it right. There are no lights at the pool even the property person couldn't find them. There were enough plates and glasses but bare minimum paper products including TP so pack this with you, so you don't have to run to a store right away. Overall it was close to places to eat, play. and shop. Quite a bit of a drive to Disney but close enough to Universal.

Beautiful home

This propery is magnificent. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Master suite amazing. Lots of seating everywhere. The followings are not negatives, just info for future renters. Be sure to bring own Toilet paper, paper towels trash bags, dish soup, spices, etc. The house has the bear minimum. The only negative was that we paid for a heated pool and hot tub. Because it was cold out and they did not have a pool cover, it never warmed above 71 degrees. Property owner refunded my money for pool and hot tub without question and I am very thankful for that. Just know, if you plan on renting and using the hot tub and pool in the winter make sure that they have replaced their pool cover or the pool will not heat. Again, this house is amazing, plenty of things to do. Two pool tables, air hockey and foosball. Would highly recommend it!

Family vacation

We had family vacations around Christmas. The house was amazingly beautiful. Would definitely recommend staying here or even when go back using the same house. Only thing I may suggest with it being around Christmas time too bad they didn’t have the house decorated for Christmas but that’s neither here or there. We had great time.
