Welcome to Lakeski Lodge! This updated centrally located cabin next to WISP with direct lake & dock access is family and pet friendly! With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms there is great space to enjoy a week at the lake or on the mountain.

NOTE: 7 day minimum during summer high season. Booking Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday. 3 night minimum for holiday weekends.

NOTE: 4x4 wheel/ ALL wheel drive is required during winter months if snow is present on the mountain. No refunds will be given if vehicle is unable to reach property.

Enjoy the expansive lake and mountain view while in the Jacuzzi, wood burning fireplace, fire pit, grilling, or lounging on the deck! Modern appliances, updated amenities will make your stay seamless and relaxing!

This awesome house in Oakland offers 3 cozy bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 4 full beds. Enjoy the convenience of AC, WiFi, heating, an iron, hair dryer, and a washing machine/dryer. The 2 bathrooms feature showers and hair dryers, while the living room provides extra space with a comfy sofa bed. This excellent property is the perfect home base for your trip. Kitchen
Garbage disposal is located on the switch to the right of the sink.
Please place all plates, bowls, pans, pots back to the same location you found them.
Please run the dishwasher before check out and please do not leave any items in the sink.
Remove all food and drinks from the fridge and freezer.
Ice trays provided in freezer.

Furniture

Please do not move furniture on the patio.
Please keep Adirondack chairs around the fire pit area only.
Do not move the interior furniture outside or rearrange furniture during your stay.
NO sitting on the railing of the deck.

Grill

Please clean grill and all grill utensils prior to leaving. If you have used all propane please contact owner so we can make sure our next guest have a replacement.

Fireplace/Fire pit

Firewood (if bundles are available) below the house is $10 a bundle.
Do not leave wood burning in the fireplace if exiting the home.
No trash in interior fireplace. CLEAN ALL ASHES around fireplace or extra cleaning charge will be applied.
Please do not place trash in the fire pit.
NO fireworks on property.

Smoking

Smoking is permitted OUTSIDE the house only. A fine will be issued if smoking has been inside the home.
Please dispose of all cigarettes in black cigarette station located by the hot tub.

Hot Tub/Jacuzzi

Please leave the hot tub at 102 degrees.
MAX 4 persons(including kids) permitted in a hot tub at one time.
Do not add or place any pets, soap, or toys into the hot tub.

Fans/lights
If the room has a fan in it there will be a remote. Please keep each remote in that room. This will control the light as well.

Washer/Dryer
Please do not overload the washer or dryer. It is a standard washer and has a central control panel. Washer instructions to the left and dryer controls to the right.

Pets

If you have brought a pet please pick up after your pet. Our HOA is very respectful but we will be fined if items are left behind. DO NOT allow pets on beds and sofas. If the sofa is scratched or damaged a replacement fee will be charged. DO NOT place dog food or water bowls on the carpet OR outside(bears will come down the mountain to inspect). Please keep your dog on a leash if outside at ALL times. We will be fined and that will be passed on to renter.
MAX 2 dogs per visit. Please relay during booking pets size/weight.

Games and puzzles

Board games and puzzles are located in the buffet behind the blue sofa. Please be respectful and return all pieces back into the appropriate box.
Kids toys and art items are located in the bunk room in the brown tall dresser. Please return items to the tall dresser if used.

Exterior lights

The exterior light switch for the front door is located on the right hand wall walking into the primary suite.
The exterior light by the hot tub is located to the left of the back door.

Security Cameras

Cameras are located outside only for safety and liability purchases. We do not monitor cameras while guests are in use. They are only viewing the driveway and entrance. It is only used for incidentals after each visit.

Trash

ALL trash must be taken into the basement. There is one trash can available. If it gets full please take extra trash to the community trash center located 3118 Oakland Sang Run Rd, Oakland, MD 21550. We apologize for this inconvenience and are working with our HOA on adding more trash service.
DO NOT leave full trash bags outside. WE HAVE BEARS and they will come down off the mountain to get a bite!

Dock
Dock use is available for extra fee per week during summer high season. Contact host prior for updated fees.
Do not bring boat without contacting host.
Swimming is permitted by dock area located across Rt 219. Parking is street parking only during dock use.

Checking out
Checkout is 11am.
Please place all use sheets and towels in a pile in each room.
Clean all dishes and place all in dishwasher or on counter to dry.
Shut all windows and doors
Clean grill and let owners know if propane is empty.
Take ALL trash off site if it does not fit into one trash can.
Lock all windows and doors.
