Step inside and you'll be welcomed by a spacious open-concept living area. The inviting couch and fireplace set the tone for cozy nights in, that flows effortlessly into the gourmet kitchen. the gourmet kitchen - with
high-end stainless steel Viking range, custom cabinetry, and integrated appliances and seating for eight across two dining tables, this space is perfect for family meals, entertaining, or simply relaxing after a day on the sand. HOME LOCATION
Located just a few minutes from the Balboa Pier and just a quick walk to the Fun Zone, & Balboa Island Ferry you are never far from the Action. Directly out in front of the Home is miles of beach where you will find Volleyball Courts, Fire-Pits, and the occasional flag football/ultimate frisbee tournament just off to the Right.
From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, balboa island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute ride 1 way) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Paddle-board Lessons all within a 2-15 minute walk, you will never need to travel far.
For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the docks across the Street. For those of you with kids, the Balboa Fun-Zone is also just across the street making this home an ideal location for families. For those of you with the itch to shop, we recommend hopping on the ferry to Balboa Island. If you can't find what you are looking for, the world-famous Shops at Fashion Island has it all located just a 5-minute taxi ride from the Island.

Construction Notice: Adjacent construction through Summer 2027. The City of Newport Beach allows construction to take place between 7:00 a.m. & 4:30 p.m. on weekdays with no weekend (Sat/Sun) or holiday work permitted. Rental rates have been reduced to compensate for any inconvenience.
Minimum Age Requirement:
Primary Guests must be 30+ years old.
House Rules & Guidelines
Prior to completing your reservation, you must agree to comply with all House Rules including any additional rules located at the bottom of this listing under Things to Know > House Rules > Learn More. These rules must be reviewed prior to submitting your booking.
Staircase/Accessibility
The home features a full staircase. The stairs leading to the second level may be challenging for some elderly individuals or those with limited mobility. Guests with limited mobility should review these details carefully to ensure the property meets their needs.
Air-Conditioning
This property includes air conditioning. The thermostat should be set no lower than 74 degrees and turned off when the home is vacant. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the home will cool to a specific temperature in all bedrooms and spaces

You are provided 2 Parking Spots in the two-car garage. Mid-Sized SUVs and compact cars are recommended.
Laundry
A private washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the home for your use. Included in your stay is 4 single use Laundry Powders.

High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.

Our home is located in an active beach community. As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Noise outside of our control will not constitute a refund or rental cancellation.

This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $499 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Certain breeds may not be permitted at the discretion of the property manager. Pets must not be left unattended. If a pet becomes a nuisance, including excessive barking, or poses a threat to other residents or guests, you may be required to remove the pet or your reservation may be canceled without refund. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may apply to cover any repairs or damages caused by pets.
