Generosamente impregnada de luz, esta casa delantera de un solo piso ofrece una gran sala grande con techos y chimenea excepcionalmente altos, una cocina totalmente equipada y 3 dormitorios + aire acondicionado central. Amplio dormitorio principal cuenta con un baño impresionante, y hay un baño adicional para invitados. Soleado patio delantero que completa esta casa de la isla excepcionalmente alegre. Everything was great, loved the location. Close to the boardwalk. Pat the owner was very accommodating us to change and add a couple days on our rental. The house has everything you need for cooking, etc. The layout of the den is great couch is comfy! nice touch having throw blankets! We had 4 adults and two grandchildren. Ended up staying 5 days. We will return again in the future.

Great family place

The large, open living room with adjacent dining room and kitchen make it a great place for family gatherings. The proximity to restaurants and the ferry at the far end of the same street make for nice walks.

Balboa Island

Balboa Island is fun place to stay .My wife was raised on the Little Island of Balboa, so for us this bought back old memories. Cute little town , restaurants & shops and walking around .Nice place to be in September and the fall less traffic

Nice Comfortable Stay

Enjoyed our stay at this nice Balboa Island home. Property is very clean and owner was easy to communicate with. It’s in a very nice location one block from the ferry and a 10 min walk from shops & restaurants. We enjoyed relaxing in the spacious living room and taking walks around the island.

Balboa Beauty

Wonderful home in a great location on Balboa Island. Clean, upscale, well-stocked, great layout, friendly host. Beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was much needed and is highly recommended feature. Open and airy layout with beautiful picture windows. We would definitely stay here again.

Pet friendly! Well stocked! Air conditioning!

Pack your pooch and a duffel because that’s pretty much all you need to bring! This house is stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the close proximity to the North Bayfront and Ruby Beach. Having an AC unit in this house was wonderful! The kitchen is large and stocked for cooking large meals. The owner was quick to respond during our stay.

Great Rental for Multi-generational Family Gathering!

"Excellent Balboa Island rental for multi-generational family gathering. Light, bright, and extremely clean -- with comfortable beds. large living room, and everything in a single level. Well-appointed kitchen with all the necessary tools and appliances. Just a few blocks to the Balboa Island Ferry, and easy 0.4 mile walk to the shops and restaurants on Main Street. Having beach chairs and towels available was a bonus. Would definitely stay there again in the future."

Blessed memories

We enjoyed the beauty of Balboa in this lovely home. Sitting on the front porch with a cup of coffee was heaven. With 3 generations of family, there was a lot of activities to enjoy. The house is beautifully decorated and includes everything you might need. Pat, our host, is extremely efficient and easy to work with. We left Balboa with memories to last a lifetime. Great spot

This property was perfect for our little family reunion-4 adults and a toddler. The house is comfortable and well appointed, and the location cannot be beat - steps to a small beach, easy walk to a charming town, and the ferry to the Newport Peninsula is at the other end of the street, a 5 minute walk. There is a Mexican restaurant a block away that is perfect for a quick bite, coffee, happy hour, etc. Balboa Island is just lovely, albeit thickly settled, and there is a boardwalk that circles the island that we enjoyed walking.The owner was very responsive when we had a small issue with the lighting, answered questions promptly,and kept us posted about possible detours due to construction.All in all, highly recommend.

Evacuation stay

The location of this property is great! The bedding on the beds is poor! There was no heat in the house it was broken the whole week, they should have brought us space heaters! Strangers walk thru the side of the house to get to the ally. The showers are in need of an upgrade!!

Balboa Vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much. Family came to visit and we had a wonderful time together. The house was perfect for entertaining because it has a large family room. The house was very clean and had adequate amenities for our use. We hope to do this again.

Wonderful Place!

My wife and I stay on the island 3 or 4 times a year and this is hands down the cleanest and nicest place. And when I say clean, it’s meticulous. Wonderful place!

Balboa Island close to the water

Agate was was a great stay. Easy access, close to the water, and we did not have a parking problem. That’s not easy on Balboa Island. Quiet comfortable master and Light and airy living room. Able to walk the island within one block, easy walking to the Main Street for dining and shopping!

Incredible Trip!

We could not have enjoyed our stay here more. Pat was a warm, attentive host—always available if we needed anything but never intruded on our stay. The house was well equipped with thoughtful touches like beach accessories and extra towels and is on a relaxing, quiet street. We enjoyed our walks around the island and nightly trip out for a Balboa bar. 😊 We were grateful to stay here and made memories to last a lifetime!!

I try really hard to make my home wonderful for my guests. I have excellent housekeepers to keep the home spotless. I care, really care, about my guests and want them to have a great experience in my home because I know memories made on Balboa Island last a life time. I am always available should a guest have a question or need anything and I am always open to comments from my guests on how I can make my home even better for them.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Exceptionally clean, freshly furnished and complete with many amenities most owners do not include. It has an ideal location with views of the water and steps to the beach, yet it is quiet and restful. They layout is perfect for entertaining with a very inviting kitchen and a very comfortable feel throughout the home.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Very comfortable beds and all the furniture is new...so nice to have new mattresses, new bed linens and new towels. A fully equipped kitchen is a huge plus also. Sitting on the front patio enjoying your morning coffee as you look at the bay seems to wash all your cares away. It's a special place to enjoy friends and family...a place to make memories that you will treasure.
