The kitchen/living room space is flexible enough for digital nomads to work or cook a gourmet meal with excellent access to fresh farm and sea ingredients! The back yard is private, overlooks wetlands.
One parking space is directly in front by the entrance and there is a large parking lot with ample off-street parking that can accommodate large vehicles.
