House was extremely clean, comfortable and just the right size for our family. The hosts were responsive and friendly and thought of everything we could possibly need and more. It was a good location to visit town and beyond as well as our friends on Biscay Pond.

Everything we needed and perfect location for touring Boothbay Harbor, Camden, Rockland, Wiscasset and day trips to Freeport. Carmen was a great hostess and was very responsive. My grandson was very excited about the DOT crew doing roadwork and he spent hours watching them - added treat. We were not impacted by noise from the business below, barely knew they were there. Very highly recommend.

Thanksgiving getaway with family

We stayed here with our adult children and grandson while visiting family in the area. This was our second time staying here and it was perfect for us. Plenty of space to spread out and a great kitchen to prep food to bring to family Thanksgiving! The hosts were great and very responsive when we had questions. Shuffle board was a definite plus!!

Perfect location for mid coast Maine day trips!

Beautiful three bedroom apartment. Perfect for a couple and a friend…all over 65 and good health. Steps were not a problem. Lots of floor space and privacy. Beautiful decor and looks brand new. Love the big island in the kitchen…plenty of space to put things. Property manager immediately available by text, if needed. We spent 3 days there and did day trips to Bath, Wiscasset, Pemaquid Point lighthouse, Bristol, and Boothbay Harbor. Quaint little Damariscotta was cute. Rarely had parking or traffic issues (mid Sept) except to Red’s for a lobster roll. Would recommend!

Just Perfect!

We needed a space to stay close to family for a big reunion. This was such a wonderful retreat for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) that was luxurious. We had everything we needed and more. Sparkling clean. Super comfortable mattresses. High end everything. Air conditioning was amazing for a super hot weekend. We didn't need to cook but I wish we had! My kids loved the shark themed bedroom and the trundle bed. The pack and play and toys made it easy to just bring some clothes and move in. Hope to be back, thanks again!!

Great stay in a spacious clean apartment

Enjoyed our stay in Carmen's spacious and clean apartment. The house is really well done and furnished with quality furniture, appliances, and utensils. Carmen was an amazing host and always very responsive. The apartment is large and has everything you need. There are some stairs to walk up to get in and it is located above a garage (never noticed any noise). Would absolutely stay again!

Great Damariscotta find

The apartment was very comfortable, clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a 3-night stay. The location was also close to restaurants, shopping and the sites of the area. The air conditioning on the first floor was much appreciated during the heat wave! Highly recommend and hope to return.

A perfect place to stay while visiting friends. Plenty of room and looks exactly like the photos. Very easy check in and out, and the host is very quick to respond. Great stay and would highly recommend!

Brand New, Clean and spacious

Well appointed clean, comfortable apartment for myself and 3 colleagues. The only thing I would say is that there is one enormous bedroom and then a mid size room that is connected by a sliding barn door from a very small room without a window. This small room has the trundle bed. Might be perfect for a family- it was a little tough for 4 adults. Other than that is was great and Carmen and her husband were wonderful hosts!

Great apartment for family sty

We spent 6 nights in this apartment, and it met all our needs. The apartment was modern, roomy, comfortable, immaculate, and had everything we needed. There were 4 of us, including my daughter-in-law and 6 year old grandson. The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook there. The air shuffleboard table was a bonus, and we alll enjoyed using it. The beds were comfortable, and the showers had sufficient hot water for all of us. The apartment is over a commercial space, but the workers were hardly ever there. And the apartment is a quick 5 minutes drive from downtown Damariscotta, which is a delightful town on the water with lots of shops and restaurants. We not only highly recommend the apartment, but we will definitely be back again!

Roomy, well appointed, convenient to everything; however lots of steps to climb to get to apartment; would be difficult for wheelchair individuals.

Perfect for us

We had an excellent stay here. The place was clean, air conditioned and very well equipped. There is a good grocery a mile down the road. It is a quiet area but close to places like Boothbay harbor. We were doing a race in Augusta, and even though it was a 40 minute drive there, it was so much nicer to stay in this spacious apartment than in a hotel. The property manager answered all questions in a very timely manner. Highly recommended.

This space exceeded our expectations! It is beautifully appointed, spacious and had everything we needed. The owner truly set this up as if they were staying there. Would highly recommend. The only thing to be aware of is that there are alot of stairs, both inside and out!

Absolutely beautiful

The apartment was beautiful, clean and in a great location. Everything was great but my 82 year old mother had a hard time with so many steps lol I may have missed it in the description but it is something to consider when renting this property. The owner was amazing and gave us lots of information about where to go and things to do. Overall I loved the property and our visit to Damariscotta ❤️

Very nice and comfortable

This is a clean, very well maintained and nicely appointed property. It includes some nice upgraded extras which make the place more useable and livable. It's centrally located for being able to visit the beautiful countryside of southern/central coastal Maine. The owners provide a booklet describing things to do and places to eat and visit in the area, which was a nice touch and very helpful. The property itself is charming and comfortable overall. A couple of items for potential renters to be aware of: There are a lot of stairs, both getting up to the living area, which is built over a garage, plus more stairs getting up to the master bedroom. Also, the garage is obviously part of a working business with work vehicles coming and going which was no problem, but they were raising and lowering the garage doors quite a bit, starting early in the morning, which was quite noisy and distracting if you're still sleeping. Otherwise, knowing these facts, we highly recommend this property as a very nice, clean and comfortable place to stay.

Spacious apartment

Apartment is spacious, clean and fully stocked with kitchen items as well as bathroom towels. This location has a washer and dryer which is a plus for someone staying for an extended stay.

We love the rental it was very cleaned. Host was good to work with answered any questions we had. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck & grilling burgers one night. Loved our visit to Maine this is our first time visiting. Would recommend this property.

Fantastic property! Not too far from great adventures short or long. Fully stocked with needed kitchen items and Keurig coffee maker. Great communication by the host throughout the stay. All new, very comfortable and temperature controlled.
