The Space:
Our home is located in one of Nashville’s hottest areas, Wedgewood Houston, home to Geodis Stadium! “WeHo” is an eclectic area filled with a mix of vintage cottages and new homes but it’s also home to some of Nashville’s best restaurants, coffee shops, distilleries and art galleries!! Our (2) 2100 square foot contemporary homes are a perfect getaway for your stay in Nashville. Our home is thoughtfully decorated and set up with all the amenities you would find in a hotel but better :) Including a super fun brand new game room! Unit 1:

FIRST LEVEL: Entrance through front door (3 steps) or back garage (no steps).
-Bedroom 1 (The Master Room) is located downstairs and is furnished with a King bed, television, closet and an en suite full bathroom with shower.

SECOND LEVEL: It's great that this level is separated from the floors with bedrooms as you can hang out here and not disrupt anyone sleeping! For additional sleeping, our living room sofa pulls out into a COMFORTABLE Queen size bed.

THIRD LEVEL: You'll find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the top level.
-Bedroom 2 (The Sky Room): Queen-size bunk beds (175-lb weight limit on top bunk), single rollaway bed, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with shower.
-Bedroom 3 (The Emerald Room) and Bedroom 4 (The Sunset Room) have Queen size beds and both have access to the 2nd upstairs super spacious Jack & Jill bathroom.

Unit 2:

Entrance level has NO steps from garage (3 steps in front) and has:
King Bedroom w/en suite full bathroom.

Living Room (with sleeper sofa) and Kitchen are on SECOND LEVEL

Third Level has other 2 King en suite bedrooms

***HOUSE RULES/AGREEMENT MADE UPON BOOKING***
🐶 PET RULES: DOGS ONLY - up to two under 50lbs
Leashes: Dogs must be leashed when outside
Clean up: Guests must pick up after their dog and use the provided dog bag station
Furniture: Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds
Supervision: Dogs should not be left unattended. Dogs need to be crated if left alone in the house
Housebroken: Dogs must be housebroken
Crates: Dogs should be crated if left alone inside
Potty areas: Guests should use designated potty areas
Noise: Guests should ensure their dog doesn't cause excessive noise

👥 Extra Guest - No Party Policy

Strict no party policy: This ain’t the place to throw a bash—unless it’s with your blanket and a good night’s crash. 💤

Please make sure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests. We do not allow large gatherings or parties. If you’d like to have a couple of friends or family visit briefly, no problem— just shoot us a message ahead of time for approval.

Unapproved visitors, events, or parties may result in early checkout and additional fees of $500 or more. Please note: exterior cameras are used for safety and property protection.

🎈 Decorations

No glitter or confetti, please—they may seem like a sparkly dream, but they turn into a housekeeping scream!

All decorations put up during your stay must be taken down completely, including any tape residue. Any damages, wall adhesive/tape, or leftover decor that requires extra cleaning may result in additional fees.

🤫 Quiet Hours

We ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping outdoor noise levels down. Any complaints received about noise or disturbances may result in additional fees.

🚭 No Smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside, on balconies, patios, rooftops, or within 25 feet of the property. If you smoke outdoors, please stay clear of the house and keep windows and doors closed to avoid odors inside.

A $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home.

🛠️ Breakages

We get it—accidents happen! If anything breaks or gets damaged during your stay, just give us a quick heads-up. We’d rather hear from you than find a surprise later. Thanks for keeping things thoughtful and honest—it goes a long way!

🧼 Excessive Mess

The cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess.

We truly value and respect our cleaning team— and we ask that you do too by leaving the space in good condition. We would never want our cleaners to walk into a disaster or be exposed to anything unsanitary or disrespectful.

⏰ EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS:
Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. Please do not ask on day before or the day of arrival as we will NOT honor it. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit.

The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.

Guest Access:
Our guests will have access to the entire house except for a locked closet in the kitchen.

Wedgewood-Houston is one of Nashville’s fastest developing neighborhoods and home to Geodis Stadium. It's an eclectic area filled with a mix of vintage cottages and new homes and home to some of Nashville’s best restaurants, coffee shops, distilleries, and art galleries.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are GREAT to use in Nashville. They're always about 2 min. away when you are ready to request, and you can get just about anywhere in Nashville for $10 or less. If you decide to rent a car, the driveway can only park two cars.

Other Things to Note:
** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay.

We're available via messaging through the booking site during the entire booking process up until you arrive and throughout your stay.
You will have a detailed guest book available at our property with tips on how to work the TV's, locate the trash bins, check-out instructions, and will also serve as a local guide for our favorite Nashville restaurants and bar recommendations.
