These two homes are only 10 minutes from Broadway and 5 minutes from Germantown. The homes features a garage with an oversized, multi-purpose beer pong table, mini-basketball, foosball, and TVs making it the ideal space for large groups. The homes can sleep 20 people and have fourteen total sleeping spaces.
The homes are three floors and a tad over 2,000sf. The first floor is home to one bedroom and the garage. The second floor contains the kitchen, living room, balcony, and full bathroom. The third floor features bedrooms and a laundry room. The property has high-speed WiFi and TVs in each bedroom (except for the 1st floor bedrooms). Additionally, we provide guests with standard kitchen appliances, k-cups, pots and pans, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryers, iron and iron board, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, toilet paper, makeup towels, paper towels and other home/travel essentials. We have you covered!

The third floor features two bedrooms, and laundry room. The master has a King bed w/ Queen Bean Bag Bed and a Ottoman twin pull out bed. The second bedroom has a King bed. The third floor bedrooms have their own closet and ensuite bathroom.

LEVEL THREE
The third floor features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and laundry room. The master has a King bed w/ Queen Bean Bag Bed. The second and third bedrooms both have a Queen bed.
KEYLESS ENTRY - The front door is secured with a smart lock. You will receive a code that is valid for the duration of your stay prior to check-in. There will be a lockbox on-site with a physical key in the event of a smart lock failure.
PARKING - There is room for one spots directly behind the garage parked at an angle to avoid blocking the drive. There is free parking on the street directly in front of the unit.
KITCHEN CLOSET - There is a locked closet in the kitchen used for storage and will not be accessible to guests.
TRASH - There is an onsite dumpster.
Jake and Stay Music City is local to Nashville and available as needed. We offer 24/7 customer support via phone and/or text message to assist you before, during, and after your stay. After the reservation is confirmed, the primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement on behalf of their group.
Nestled in between Germantown, Metrocenter, and North Nashville, the home has great access to the interstate as well as food and beverage options. Germantown is a historic community on the National Register of Historic Places located just a few blocks northwest of downtown Nashville. The area is home to the Tennessee State Museum and Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, local boutiques and many of Nashville’s most critically-acclaimed restaurants making it a culinary destination in its own right. Some of our favorite places to visit in the neighborhood are Rolf & Daughters, The Optimist, Mother's Ruin, & Von Elrod's.
Nashville is an Uber/Lyft-friendly city. We do not recommend any of the public transit options and encourage guests to bring their own vehicle or use ride-share services. Generally speaking, you're "10 minutes from everywhere" when in Nashville. We encourage guests to lock their vehicles and use appropriate safety-measures regardless of your location within the city.

Standard check-out time is 10 AM. Please take out the trash and start the dishwasher before locking the door on your way out. Also, remember to double-check for your chargers, headphones, and other personal items before leaving. Our housekeeping staff will greatly appreciate your help! Late check-out options are available at 12 PM for $50 and at 2 PM for $100.
EXCESSIVELY DIRTY UNITS
Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left in an unusually messy state. Please treat the property with care, as you are responsible for any damage caused.

Failure to comply with these rules resulting in refunds or discounts for subsequent guests may lead to charges on your end.
