Trash is collected on Wednesday mornings. If your stay includes Tuesday night, we'd appreciate it if you could place the bins at the curb Tuesday evening. The bins are located behind the house.

HOUSE RULES

- Check-in: After 4:00 PM.

- Check-out: Before 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-out may incur a $250 fee. Additional charges may apply if the delay impacts the next reservation.

- No smoking or vaping inside the property. A $250 fee may apply if evidence of smoking or vaping is found.

- No pets allowed.

- No events, parties, or large gatherings.

- Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

- The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.

- No illegal activities are permitted on the property.

- Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Visitors require prior approval from the host.

- For security purposes, identity verification may be required prior to check-in, including a valid government-issued photo ID.

- Please treat our home with care and promptly report any damages or maintenance issues.

- Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior floodlight camera on the front door facing the front entry. The camera is outward facing and does not look into interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion
