Lakefont-Nestled in Nirvana
Welcome to Nestled In Nirvana. Come enjoy the therapeutic jets in the Hot Tub while taking in the peaceful views of nature all around you. Tucked in the woods above the lake. You can relax around the fire pit table or swim and fish right off the dock. There are 2 kayaks to use during your stay. The lake is approximately 18 feet deep off the dock. Make lifetime memories with your friends and family. There is parking for only two vehicles. NO FIREWORKS are allowed at anytime.
HOUSE RULES
As hosts, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cottage on the lake. Thank you in advance, we truly appreciate your cooperation!
Any unapproved event or party will result in a $2,500 fine.
-NO SMOKING in the house, WHATSOEVER.
If there is any smoking whatsoever there will be a $300 additional cleaning fee.
- Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm
- There is no smoking inside the home. If disregarded, Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains will be applied.
- If you choose to smoke outside, please properly dispose of the cigarette butts. DO NOT leave cigarette butts in the yard, lake, or anywhere on the property.
- PLEASE wash your dishes after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees WILL be applied.
- Feel free to use the grill/ fire pit/ patio area outside that is set up for our guests leisure use only. Please clean up after use and keep the grill clean.
- Please do not rearrange the furniture
- If guests are found to have had a an event without permission, which results in extra cleaning, Guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. in the unfortunate event of disrupting or alerting neighbors guest will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
- If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind the authorities will be engaged and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
- Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, and is also part of our home property, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
