Newly renovated 2140 sqft, 3 BRMS, 2 BTHS, Hot Tub, Ping Pong, Patio w/ Grill.
Just 10 minutes from the FAIRGROUNDS, 5 Min from DOWNTOWN, Near Chisholm Trail Casino, Kiddieland Park & Rides, Kochendorfer Brewing Company, and Murf's Shooting Range, 40 min. from Medicine Park.
This property is nestled alongside our 2 other sister Airbnbs, 904 Westgate and 1802 Country Club. There are 3 bedrooms with 1 King bed, Hot Tub, Patio with grill.

Our dedicated property managers are conveniently located near all three of our rentals, ensuring quick and easy access to assist throughout your stay. Rest assured; they are readily available to attend to any needs you may have.
We kindly ask that you leave all furniture in its original position (to avoid a $50 charge) and maintain our pet-free environment (to avoid a $500 charge). Please be so kind and return all air mattresses and games to their original place when you depart.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
No Pets of any kind, or you will be charged $700.
Please do not move any furniture, or you will be charged $100.
The first aid kit and fire extinguisher are to the right of fridge, up on the shelf.
There is peroxide under the kitchen sink if anyone has a bleeder and bleeds on the linens!
The BLACK TOWELS ARE FOR NASTY SPILLS on the floors/counters, please DO NOT USE THE WHITE TOWELS, or you will be charged $25 per towel.
WE WASH ALL OF OUR LINENS! Please DO NOT WASH ANY OF OUR ITEMS.
CHECK IN TIME 4:00PM
CHECK-OUT: 10:0 AM
-We wash all of our linens!
-DO NOT STRIP THE BEDS, leave all sheets/comforters ON THE BEDS. All towels put on laundry room floor.
-Rinse all dirty dishes out and put in the dishwasher, Add soap from under the sink, and push start.
-Put all trash in the trashcan is in west of house.
-All brooms and vacuums are in the laundry room and linen closet in hallway.
