Escape to our charming Lakehouse nestled on the tranquil shores of Stillwater Lake. This picturesque retreat offers a unique blend of comfort and adventure, perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers looking to unwind in nature.
Our ranch-style home has been completely renovated. It is in a small, gated community with a 24-hour security patrol.
Outside features include a large composite deck with ample seating for lounging and eating, a gas grill, and a fire pit with eight Adirondack chairs directly next to the deck.
Stroll down to the lake, put your toes in our white sandy beach area, or fish off our floating dock. If you’re feeling ballsy, take part in a game of bocce ball on our new court.

A full-size air mattress is also available.

Prior to check-in each guest must sign a liability waiver for use of kayaks and canoes. This must be submitted whether you plan to use these amenities or not.

Guests will have access to the entire Lakehouse and surrounding property, including the private dock and outdoor space. Access to attic and basement is prohibited.

House Rules:
You must be at least 25 years old to book. We cannot accommodate last-minute bookings due to community rules. (Reservations must be made before 2:00pm on Thursdays for bookings of the following weekend.)

No Pets—While we love animals, we choose to be considerate of our future guests who are allergic. Guests who bring a pet will be charged an additional $350 cleaning fee.

Parties or event gatherings are not allowed.

Outside guests are NOT permitted. This home is for the sole use of the guests included in the reservation. Our insurance carrier requires this rule, and they do not allow us to make exceptions.

This is a smoke-free house. Feel free to smoke outdoors (please close the house windows when doing so) and dispose of cigarettes properly. Guests will be charged a fee of $400 for additional cleaning and ozone treatment if the interior of the house smells like cigarette smoke or marijuana.

The basement door and owner’s closet are locked and are off-limits to guests.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The speed limit within the community is 25mph. Fireworks and ATVs are prohibited. Our HOA may ticket and fine guests who do not follow these rules.

Additional Information:
There are three security cameras located outside of the house. There are no interior cameras.

We assume no responsibility if any of the community amenities are unavailable during your stay, a burn ban is put in place, or a shutdown of lake access. These are out of our control.

Community badges allowing access to the beach, playground, tennis, and basketball courts are $3.00 per person, per day, and must be purchased at the time of your reservation.

Shovels and ice melt will be provided during the winter months. Snow plowing will be done for any accumulation of 3 inches and above.

You must have a PA fishing license to fish in Stillwater Lake. You can easily get one online.

We have an abundance of wildlife in the community, including black bears. You may see bears, deer, gophers, swans, geese, and rodents. Please use caution and common sense when encountering the animals and do not feed them.

If the propane tanks need to be refilled, we ask that you do so, and we will reimburse the cost. Firewood is not provided.
