This is a self check-in property, and detailed check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival for a smooth and seamless experience.

Guests may also enjoy community amenities within Stillwater Lake Estates, subject to HOA rules, seasonal availability, and applicable fees.

🕓 Check-In Information

We’ll send your unique door code prior to your stay, and you may check in anytime after 4:00 PM.

If the home is ready early, we’ll reach out to offer early check-in when possible.

✅ Contactless Check-In – No in-person meetups required. You can go directly to the home and start your stay.

🚗 Community Registration Required – All guests and vehicles must be registered in advance. For check-ins during Friday-Monday, registration form must strictly be submitted atleast 2PM of Thursday. Failure to complete registration may result in denied access to the gated community.

This home is located within Stillwater Lake Estates, a private residential community. All guests are required to follow community rules and regulations during their stay.

🏘️ Community Rules – Stillwater Lake Estates

• Amenity Fee – A $10 per guest, one-time fee (not per day) is required to access community amenities during peak season (May 31 – Labor Day Weekend).

• Quiet Hours – Strictly enforced from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.

• No Parties or Events – Absolutely no parties or events are permitted.

• Occupancy Limits – Maximum guest occupancy must be followed at all times.

• Parking – Street parking is not permitted. Please use the driveway or designated parking areas only.

• Community Compliance – Guests must follow all posted signage and speed limits within the community.

🏖️ Lake & Amenity Access

• Lake, beach, and community amenities are seasonal and subject to HOA availability.

• Please follow all posted lake safety rules.

• No glass containers are allowed in lake or beach areas.

• Swimming is permitted only in designated areas and is at your own risk.

🔥 Fire Pit & Hot Tub Use

• Fire pit use is permitted based on weather conditions and local regulations.

• Never leave a fire unattended and ensure it is fully extinguished after use.

• Hot tub instructions are provided—please follow all posted guidelines.

• Children must be supervised at all times around fire and water features.

🚫 Additional House Rules

• Minimum age to rent is 25 (primary renter must be 25+).

• No smoking inside the home (fees will apply if violated).

• Please rinse off before using the hot tub.

• Starter supplies are provided (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap), but additional items may be needed for longer stays.

• Help us keep the home clean by removing excess dirt, sand, or debris before entering.

Some amenities are weather-dependent. For example, the fire pit may not be available during heavy snow or extreme cold conditions. Please message us if you have any questions prior to your stay.

Your total price includes a $50 damage waiver, covering up to $1,000 in accidental damage during your stay. This is a damage waiver, not insurance.

Prefer a fully refundable deposit instead? Message us before your stay and we`ll set up a $1,000 refundable security deposit instead — returned in full after checkout if no damage occurs.
