Welcome to Tall Pines, a spacious and charming 5-bedroom, 3-bath vacation home nestled among the trees—perfect for family getaways or a relaxing mountain escape. With a warm, rustic feel and all the modern comforts you need, Tall Pines is your home base for adventure and relaxation in the heart of Deep Creek Lake. Inside, the home features two bedrooms on the main level, one in the cozy loft (complete with a desk for remote work or quiet reading), and two more on the lower level—offering plenty of space for everyone. The main living area boasts a wood-burning fireplace (bring your own firewood) and a smart TV with streaming available for laid-back movie nights. Enjoy the convenience of air conditioning, a washer/dryer on the main floor, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for home-cooked meals.

Step outside to the upper deck where you'll find rocking chairs, a firepit, an outdoor dining table, and a grill for cookouts under the stars. The covered lower deck features a private hot tub—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Tall Pines is just a short walk or drive to the community lake access area, where you can enjoy a shared pavilion, open firepit, and multiple swim platforms. You'll also have access to the community's aquatics and recreation complex, and you're less than two miles from Deep Creek Lake State Park and about 8 miles from Wisp Resort for year-round outdoor fun. IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*This home's kitchen is equipped with a standard and k-cup style coffee pot.
*Max parking spaces for this home is 5; garage access is not available
*This home does not have cable tv (streaming is available using your own account)
*Driveway is steep
*This is a non-smoking/vaping property
*Check-in is between 4 pm- 9 pm; Check-out is by 10 am.
*Minimum age to rent is 25.

WHAT TO BRING:
Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).

PETS:
This home is not pet-friendly. Undisclosed pets will be charged a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee, per pet.

WINTER RESERVATIONS:
A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS:
WITHIN 24 HRS OF BOOKING, sign the Rental Agreement to begin receiving your pre-arrival information. (Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.) Once completed, your check-in instructions and door code will be automatically sent ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If you do not receive this info, please check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, contact us before 4 pm to ensure a smooth check-in. *All cancellations will incur a non-refundable processing fee*
