Welcome to Blue and Grey on the Bay. This modern, fully remodeled (2024) home has the fisherman and outdoor enthusiast in mind focusing on the world-famous Bay of Green Bay, Lake Michigan. The best fishing in the world is right at your fingertips. Enjoy fishing onsite off the brand-new oversized patio along the Pensaukee River. Don’t forget to bring your boats and tie up at your private seawall. The river is dredged all the way to the Bay and is only a 2-minute boat ride away. This house is newly remodeled and does not lack any amenities. There are 9 beds and can accommodate up to 11 guests. We are also only 25 minutes from the Packers Stadium, with local limo services available.

• Seawall on the Pensaukee River with room for 3-4 boats. Boat parking included with your stay.
• Concrete patio on seawall with in-ground fire pit with seating, beach chairs.
• Fishing on site on the Pensaukee river from patio by fire pit.
• Only 800 yards to the Bay of Green Bay, 2 minute boat drive. You can see the Bay from the patio.
• Two additional concrete patios by the house with grill and outdoor furniture.
• Gas and charcoal grill on site.
• Future fish cleaning station to be completed by end of 2024.

Parking
• Designed for fishermen with boats with a driveway wrapping around the house for easy access and exit. Enough room for 5 full truck and trailer rigs.
• Only ¼ mile from local boat landing.
• Boat charging right on premise by house or available on the seawall if you choose to leave your boats in the water.

Accessibility
• 4 steps to the front porch, 3 sets through the patio door.
• Flight of stairs landing and flight of stairs to the upstairs sleeping areas.
• Note: The property may not be suitable for small children as there is no barrier between the home and the river.
