RIVER ACCESS: The riverbank is gently sloped, and water levels may vary depending on recent weather. Guests should exercise caution, especially with children or during higher water flow.

TRAIN TRACK: A train track runs in front of the house. Trains pass occasionally or not at all, and the noise is minimal and rarely disruptive. Most guests find it adds charm without being a disturbance.

BASEMENT ACCESS: The basement is not part of the guest space and will remain off-limits during your stay, as it is used for owner storage.
