"A picturesque drive down a country road, this tiny home is tucked into woodlands overlooking fields that show off sunrises and wildlife. It sports a porch, picnic area with grill and fire pit.

Inside, the sleeping lofts have a Queen and a Full bed. The futon opens into a skinny Full.

The bathroom boasts a tankless water heater, full size tub, and standard toilet. A full sized fridge and 3 burner stove are available. Come enjoy a perfect mix of peaceful seclusion and adventuring in the FLX!

    Fantastic stay in our first tiny home! Comfortably slept my family of five. Extremely clean, peaceful setting, beautiful surroundings, and close to everything in Watkins Glen. Minutes from the state park, downtown restaurants and food store. Wood shed on the property was a great convenience for the nighttime fires and stargazing. Highly recommend!

    This was an amazing “home” base for our finger lakes vacation! The home was super clean and we loved how it was set way off the road. We enjoyed dinners on the deck and hammocking in the back! There are amazing hikes within 40 minutes of the home including our favorites: Watkins Glen and Buttermilk Falls. Oh…and the fireflies at night were magical! We definitely would stay here again if we ever return to the area! Thanks for a fabulous stay!

    We had an absolutely amazing weekend in this tiny home! It was exactly as described, quiet and clean. Very close to Seneca Lake and the town excitement but quiet and isolated to relax in the evening. The creek out back, the wildlife and the fire pit were all the cherry on top! We are already booking our next trip!

    The property was exactly as shown in the pictures in the listing. Beautiful landscapes, the running water in the creek just a few yards away was very relaxing. 10 minutes from the falls and downtown area was absolutely awesome and convenient. We have never stayed in a tiny home but we are now huge fans. The amenities were perfect and we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back. TY!

    Our stay was perfect! The property was all we expected and needed to get away from the hurry of life, explore the area, hike Watkin’s Glen State Park, mountain bike the Catharine trail and learn about the history and industry of the area. Thank you for helping is get away for a tiny adventure.
