Nice area to stay. The flat was clean but bed was not comfortable and the heat was difficult to control.

Hope & Agnes were very responsive to our questions. We enjoyed the location. Nearly unlimited restaurants and bars. All our meals in the area were excellent. The subway is very easy from the apartment. Great experience!

The apartment was as advertised: small, but in a quiet building, and nicely decorated. It's within easy walking distance from the subway, buses and several markets. I was a little disappointed that the TV stations were all streaming (no live programs), but in NYC, there are so many other fun ways to spend time! I would choose this again.

Toilet was not useable for 24 hours and was not fixed before we checked out. Towels were old and did not appear clean so had to buy new towels to use. Sheets on bed also did not feel clean.

The location of this apartment is excellent and communication with the host was very good. However, the apartment is small and the living/kitchen area receives very little daylight. In contrast, the sleeping area receives lots of daylight, but this does not carry through into the rest of the apartment. Also, for almost two days we had no hot water because the oil used for the boiler for the building ran out.
