Far exceeded every expectation

This lovely spacious apartment served as our NYC home for six weeks - and it was more than we had even hoped! Easy and efficient check in; kitchen with all appliances, including an oven and dishwasher; dinnerware and glassware for four; comfortable sofa beds, large bathroom. The manager, Fuji, was gracious and efficient. We are already thinking of next time !

Lovely unit in a great location

Lovely stay would return for another month in the future. Only comment is that there is only 2 chairs for sitting at a dinner table so if you plan to cook at home request that landlord add some additional chairs.

Awesome NYC experience

From start to finish this place quickly became my home away from home. The reality was actually better than the photos, especially since there are new couches!!! I love being in an apartment inside a quality hotel because you have the best of both worlds and the security of a hotel. Central Park, Fifth Avenue, Time Square, Columbus Circle, subway lines, Nordstrom were all with shouting distance. Perfect in every way. Love you NYC. I will be back!!!🍎💃🌆

When can we come back?

What a beautifully appointed and thoughtfully designed apartment; it's everything you'll need for a comfortable extended stay in NYC. The location is perfect, with many public transportation options nearby, Whole Foods to stock the fridge, and a selection of varied restaurants. Easily walkable to much of what NYC has to offer. Someone mentioned slow internet--this was not our experience. We were able to work from this apartment with no problems. Lastly, the staff in the building were very professional and provided exceptional service. Liz was super responsive to questions before we got there, and Fuji was really great. Helpful and kind when we encountered some issues during our trip, which we really appreciated. Can't wait to come back.

We loved ur stay here. The apartment itself is just terrific. The amenities and storage make a long term stay more than comfortable. We would stay here any time. The location is amazing. We walked in Central Park almost everyday....one of our favorite places in NYC.

Stayed for 2 months

Apartment is in a prime location and looks even better than the photos. Has everything you would ever need for an extended stay. Liz and Fuji were wonderful hosts, super responsive and accommodating. The only semi con is that the Wi-Fi in the unit is good for casual browsing but not high speed enough if planning on working from home frequently (for video calls). That said, we appreciated that the hosts tried to upgrade the speed with their provider. There is not a lot of sunlight in the apartment since it’s facing an inner courtyard but I didn’t mind it at all since you’re literally steps from Central Park

Liz’s apartment is the ideal place to stay. The apartment is incredibly spacious, nice, and clean. The communication with Fuji was seamless! Highly recommend!

Amazing stay! **5 stars**

I was very particular while looking for a place to stay while in NY. I had a few requirements on my list and this property checked off all those boxes including cleanliness, spacious, king bed, roomy bathroom, kitchenette, quiet area, and most of all safety! The unit was well-equipped with everything I needed and the closets are so spacious. The option to work either in the bedroom or living with a desk in each room was a big plus as well! I always felt safe in the building and the neighborhood, and it was walking distance to a variety of shops, restaurants, across Central Park, and to the office at Rock Center. Thank you for being so accommodating and responsive! Will definitely stay here again on my annual trip to NY!

What a great stay!

This place is fantastic. The location is perfect. The apartment was impeccable. Customer service was very efficient, responding immediately to our text messages. For New York standards, huge place. The WIFI was very important for us, and it worked perfect and was very fast. The only thing that we have to mention is that they do not have a smart TV and we were not able to install our Fire Stick to watch Netflix. The microwave was defective and we needed to use our phone timer to check the cooking time since it did not indicate the cooking time. We will love to stay at this property if we visit New York City again. Thanks for having us as your guests.

Great exoerience

Location is the best in Manhattan! Fuji is an excellent property manager. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. One suggestion is that it would be good to get a smart TV.

This place was awesome! Fuji was very responsive to any questions. It turned out to be an incredible location, convenient for many areas in Manhattan as well as a great apartment. We stayed here as a family of 6, which made for fun memories ☺️ Can’t beat staying across from Central Park!

Perfect experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Elizabeth's property! My husband and I stayed there for a month and we were incredibly comfortable and happy with the overall experience. The condo is exactly as advertised in the photos and descriptions - it's extremely clean, spacious, and has all of the amenities needed for our stay. The property manager, Fuji, was extremely helpful and professional. He made the entire experience easy and comfortable. Additionally, the location is amazing. It's right on Central Park and there is access to nearly all of the main subway lines in the city. Would highly recommend!

A gem on Central Park South

This property has received its many stellar reviews for a reason: it's an outstanding property in an outstanding location, and too, check in and check out could not have been easier. The property owner was extremely responsive, and the property manager is a delight, and so helpful if/as needed. We will be back.

Perfect location.

The apartment was immaculate and every detail was carefully considered for our stay. But best of all, was the location. It is perfectly situated for all the best sites in Manhattan. We will never stay anywhere else when we come to The City!
