• We have a 7-night minimum policy, from SATURDAY to SATURDAY.
• May 23rd through June 28th, a 3-night minimum policy.
• JULY WEEKS AVAILABLE: July 12 - 19th & July 26th - August 2nd.
• September 1st - End of October, a 3-night minimum policy.

• Internet and Smart TVs are available for your convenience when logging into your accounts.
• Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler provided.
• Pack 'n' Play upon request, sheet not included.

No childproofing has been done at this house, but we welcome children and families.

Yard maintenance (mowing, tick & mosquito spraying, etc.) may occur occasionally in the summer. They won't interrupt you, but unfortunately, we cannot give you advance notice. They arrive on their terms.
