Windsor at Westside is a luxurious resort with a 5,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, resort-style pool, cabanas, water slide, and lazy river. Enjoy drinks and dining at the tiki bar, stay fit at the modern fitness center, or play at the sports courts. The gated community ensures safety.

**Bedrooms and bathrooms**

- Pool heat Pool heating is optional at an additional $35 per day+tax. It can only be turned on continuously for the entire stay. Please let us know before your arrival if you’d like this service, so we can have it ready for you. $20 additional callout charge if a request for pool heat is made after you have arrived during your stay, as we need to make an additional trip to to the home to switch the pool heat on for you.

Pool heating is set to 87 degrees (please note, this is not warm to the touch, it is set to keep the chill off the water and raise it from its natural temperature in the 60s).

Pool heat is required for the spa to heat. The spa will be set to 99 degrees Spas are not hot tubs, they are part of the pool and will only heat when pool heat is on and the timer dial is switched on. Temperatures cannot be set higher due to sanitary regulations.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for failure of the pool heating equipment or issues caused by weather conditions. During the winter months when temperatures are in the 50s and below, this will affect the ability of the pool heaters to keep the pool to temperature.

Please note that all electric pool heaters have a safety ‘shut off’ to protect against freezing when the outside temperature is in the low 50’s. The heaters will not operate until the outside temperature rises above 52 degrees. This is not a fault with the machine, they are designed like this to stop them from freezing up.

Guests will still be charged for the pool heat, as the pool heaters will be running, so it is down to the guest to decide if they then wish to cancel their remaining days of pool heat use – we must be notified if they wish for us to switch it off. Refunds will be given on any unused days of pool heat and by booking pool heat the guests agree that no compensation will be given due to faulty pool heaters or bad/cold weather.

We suggest guests check the weather forecast for temperatures before their upcoming stay and then cancel pool heat accordingly if they feel it will be too cold.

**Amenities at the property**
- Towels, Trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towel, Hand soap or bar soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/laundry pods, shampoo, and body wash. You will need to buy extras of these on your own if you need more as we do not provide more than the given starter amount。 In addition to all this, there’s also a convenience store for any last-minute items and treats.

**HOUSE RULES**
No use of any tobacco products anywhere on the property.
- No SMOKING !! includes cigars, marijuana, chew tobacco and e-cigarettes.
- No discarding cigarettes, chew, etc., in the house trash cans, or in the grass, or on the sidewalk, or anywhere on the property is not allowed.
- NO UNDECLARED GUESTS. NO PARTIES. NO EVENTS.
- One set of towels for each guest;
- No shoes inside the accommodation;
- Keep noise to a minimum from 10 pm to 8 am;
- f there are any damages or missing items, the replacement cost will be deducted from your damage deposit;
- There will be No Smoking/Cannabis/Drug and No Partying inside the property. The penalty for violation is USD $500

**PARKING**
- The resort enforces a strict policy of a maximum of 5 cars per home. No additional cars are allowed to park at the home or anywhere on the resort. All drivers must be registered in our gate entry system upon booking the home.
- Commercial Vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed at Windsor Hills
