Nice Getaway es una casa de vacaciones de nueva construcción en Windsor at Westside. Relájese y disfrute de pasar tiempo con su familia y amigos en esta maravillosa casa. La casa está decorada profesionalmente y ofrece 6 dormitorios y 4. 5 baños.

En el primer piso tiene una suite principal con una cama king y baño privado. También hay un medio baño en la planta baja, junto a la lavadora y secadora. En el segundo piso encontrarás el resto de las habitaciones. Hay otro dormitorio principal arriba con una cama king y baño privado. Dormitorio 3 tiene una cama doble. En el dormitorio 4, verá que la habitación Industrial Loft Style tiene dos camas individuales. Dormitorio 5 y 6, es la sala temática de Batman & Pink Unicorn.

Family getaway

We escaped the cold in Maine for a few days in Florida and the location, house, etc. we’re fantastic. The house was huge, would be ideal for a large family or a couple families but we thoroughly enjoyed the space! We would certainly return!!

Spacious Clean Home

The house was very spacious and clean. We loved the location, close to plenty of grocery stores and restaurants. The management team provided grerat customer service and was available to answer my questions. There was even a stroller available for my toddler daughter for the parks. The only thing that I would suggest is packing extra washcloths and towels. There is only a few available. Great home and we will book again!

Great quiet place

We enjoyed our stay and loved the pool, was a lot of space for the family to stay very comfortably. If I had to say something that could be better is the cooking equipment in the kitchen - Unfortunately we bought food to cook and couldn't do much because the pans are not non-stick everything stuck to them. Other than that, everything was supplied which we loved. Would definitely be returning.

It could use some casserole dishes, bowls and baking sheets. Maintenance was called for minor issues and came promptly. It would have been nice to have an information booklet regarding the clubhouse hours, local restaurants, etc.

Bad information

The house is beautiful. We paid to heat the pool and spa. Upon our arrival both were cold. The pool did not warm up for two days. The spa was broken and not repaired until the 4 day of our stay. This company will not refund us for the inconvenience Beware

Family Summer Vacay 2022

It was fantastic!! There was plenty of room for everyone. We were 2 families of 5. The kids did not want to leave. Everything we needed was inside the house and working as it should with the exception of 2 things but neither hindered our fun. The clubhouse was a great venture with the waterpark for the kids. Some of the neighbors checking out near us gave us waterboards that they never used the kids had a blast with them. The only other problem was it didnt last long enough and well...that may have been my fault. 🙂🙂

Family vacay

I feel like the property owner doesn’t look at the reviews to make it better because there is still not enough towels or toilet paper. The garage smells really bad, the pool was freezing we never used it. The carpet has stains. Needs more things to do in the house like board games, cards had no pens or pencils the handles were coming off in the master bedroom bathroom and All the beds were uncomfortable. Just look at your reviews and make changes and then this house will be one of the best houses.

Found a little surprise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and had many amenities. I brought extra bath linens as that has always been an issue with any rental I’ve used and we did a few loads of towels during our stay to have enough but I expected that. Just bring extra if you don’t want to do laundry daily. We were a group of moms and 13/14 year old boys and while upstairs, one boy went into the teepee in the unicorn room and found not one but two pairs of pink underwear with formed stool in them. Must have been overlooked by housekeeping. Other than that, the house was exactly what we needed. One toilet didn’t flush but it was serviced right away. BE SURE you follow the HOA parking/vehicle rules. I awoke to a green sticker on my rental’s window that I couldn’t remove bc my tires were about an inch or two into the grass.

There were no dish towels. We had to go buy some. 3 of the tvs were difficult to access. One was operated by Roku which we do not have. Not a big problem as we were enjoying the pool and nice weather.

Would stay again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental property was amazing. We got upgraded last minute to a larger house which was nice. Upon arrival, we had to call to get the code because the one we had wasn’t input into the key box yet. There was a small hole in the tile floor by the stairs, along with a few holes in the screened area of the pool. The hot tub was very nice, as was the pool. The home was spacious and comfortable. The carpets were a little stained, but to be honest, I wasn’t there for the carpets. I was there to enjoy warm, Florida weather and the theme parks. The neighborhood we stayed in was gorgeous as well. We will definitely be booking again. The convenience of the theme parks, grocery stores, and restaurants was amazing!

Great Place to Stay!

We were very pleased with our rental property. Home was clean and inviting. It was very spacious and met the needs of our family of six. Back glass sliding door did not lock but this has been reported to property manager. Communication with property manager was timely. Thank You!

Weekend Stay

House was overall nice. The bed in the main downstairs master is so uncomfortable. The sheets on the bed are basic and lack blankets on the beds. The house has no basic cleaning supplies and the cooking pans are awful. The house layout and size is nice as well as the pool. Overall it fit our needs.

Everything was great. What you see is exactly how the house is! Overall clean but house keeping missed a spot or two nothing to cancel the stay. Everything was really nice. My family and I will definitely be back.

Area is just not what it used to be. Wish gate would lock. And 2 rented 3 wheel cars went past my

House when I was outside my house with a 3 year old going minimal 60. No security or rules it seems. Pool area awful crowded. And the amount of cars on street to drive down with an suv was also terrible. Seems like no rules followed for an area that used to be so nice. Prob won’t visit again unless last resort.

Our stay

Needs a good cleaning. Carpet and floors need to be replaced or cleaned. Tub in the upstairs bathroom would not drain. Washing machine only ran on cold. Where they keep the garbage was not the best place, nasty, dirty and bugs

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the property met our needs, clean, well decorated and in a very good location to the Disney properties. More than enough space for our three families. Very close to many restaurants and stores. Great club house and pool area with food and beverages. A few things that should be addressed. First in one of the bedroom the box spring was broken and was very uncomfortable for one of the kids. The second is there is no grill on property so it had to be rented from a local company which actually worked out for us. The third and most annoying concern was the heating of the pool. We asked for the pool to be heated and when we got there the temp was no where near 85 degrees. Sent an email to address this and was told it was on a timer. We’ll the timer comes on at 8am and goes off at 8pm. These are actually the times when we were not there, so the timing really sucked. We would get back in the evening and the water temp was cool. Sent a few more emails and felt like we were getting blown off with the response of “it’s on a timer”. No one ever came out to see us about it or maybe change the time. Also there are no lights in the pool than can be turned on. I tried every light switch but nothing. The neighboring houses heaters were running all the time but not ours. Other than these things mentioned we enjoyed our stay.

3 Disney parks and the kiddos would rather stay at the house

We had 3 families in all, ranging from toddler to grandparent and this house was absolutely perfect!! We had everything we needed * I would recommend bringing non stick cookware if you have the room * I believe the pots & pans were stainless steel (maybe?) and everything stuck to it, even the bacon. Don't get me wrong, the selection worked fine and all!! The kiddos loved the pool - we stayed 7 days, and did 3 parks every other day. Within the first hour the kiddos wanted to go back to the house and swim!! We could have just had the house and the kiddos would have thought this was the best vacay ever!! The house is everything it says and then some!!! The amount is storage is also a huge plus!! Thanks for everything!!

Lovely house, needs a few things

Overall we thought the house was great, really nice and spacious. The area was quiet and easy to get to everything. Hot tub was fantastic, fit 4 people very comfortably. Pool is not huge but was still nice. The house itself is updated, modern and has nice decor. Wifi worked well and TVs were all smart TVs so we could log into our apps and watch Netflix etc. Was nice having a master upstairs and downstairs. My fiancé and I took upstairs and his parents were downstairs. Our biggest complaints- when we went to check in our provided code didn’t work, we had to call the company twice and finally after about 45 mins I got a text and was given an alternate code. The beds are VERY squeaky/noisy and need new mattresses/box springs. Our master bedroom had a sheet and thin airline type blanket, we borrowed the comforter from the queen room. There also were no blankets/throws for the sofas so we borrowed another one from a twin bed to use while watching TV. Our bathroom had zero bath mats. There are no non-stick pans to use for cooking, and guests are very limited on washcloths and towels. It also would have been nice to have some of the basics like salt, pepper, and cleaning supplies. The garage door clicker does not work and the carpet on the stairs and upstairs could use a good clean. Overall we did enjoy the comfort of the house, there are plenty of places to sit, and it was nice to feel like we had our own privacy and space within the house. It was comfortable and everything worked that we needed. Location was very good too.

Great neighborhood. Very nice home. It was roomy and decorated well..

Overall a good stay. Minor issues were Master bed was uncomfortable (the footboard area was raised so your head was tilted downwards.) Staff didn't reached out to you until multiple attempts were made. Carpet needs to be cleaned.

A quick family getaway

There were two levels with a living room upstairs and downstairs. Nice size hot tub and swimming pool. The master bedroom downstairs has a jacuzzi with shower and toilet. Loved the open foyer with high ceilings. Kitchen was state of the art with refrigerator ice machine. Would definitely like to stay there again. Brian you’re awesome.
