Soleado luminoso espacioso de 2 dormitorios, 1 baño totalmente amueblado apt. Playa y paseo marítimo al final del bloque. A poca distancia de supermercados, tiendas, juegos infantiles, parques, rociadores, bares y restaurantes, transporte, etc. Perfecto para vacacionistas de verano familiares, escapadas de fin de semana, viajeros JFK, etc. 2 paradas de JFK.

Apt es limpio, espacioso, decorado muy bien y en excelente forma. La familia anfitriona vive en el departamento de la planta baja. Apt tiene una cocina completa, estufa y horno, microondas, nevera, lavaplatos, lavadora / secadora, aire acondicionado central, TV por cable y Firestick, Internet, etc. Amplio estacionamiento en la calle en el bloque. Cerca del metro, autobús, a minutos del ferry de Nueva York a Manhattan y de muchos taxis locales disponibles.

Rockaway Beach

I had a wonderful stay. The location is ideal and the host very generously honored the price after he realized he had charged me the off-season rate. I loved that Bobby made a bike available to me so I could make a daily ride on the beach boardwalk.

Great space right by the beach with awesome host

As advertised, very centrally located. We came so our kids could go to the local surf camp for the week while my wife and I worked back at the apartment. Everything worked out really well.

Rockaway Beach

We stayed a block away from Rockaway Beach. Great location. Beautiful address. Clean, filled with Menu’s from local restaurants, books, basic kitchen supplies, toiletries. A lot of beach gear, such as beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas were available. Very friendly Property Owners who informed us with available options and local neighborhood spots.

Comfortable stay!

Comfortable, convenient place to rest after several busy, action-packed days in NYC. We used the second bedroom with double beds to have room to stretch out. Beds, pillows, sheets/comforters were very soft and comfy. We appreciated the ‘extras’ everywhere throughout, even though we didn’t need them. Nice towels, plenty of hot water. Thanks Bobby & Holly for everything!

Great beach getaway!

We had a wonderful girls' weekend at this great apartment near the beach! Perfect location, just a short walk to the beach and an easy uber ride to many restaurants and bars. Holly and Bobby were so kind and very accommodating! They went over and beyond to make us comfortable and answer any questions we had. It was such a nice bonus to have bikes available to use! We look forward to our next stay there!

Sehr schönes Appartement in toller Lage

Das Appartement kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! Der Empfang war schon sehr herzlich, so dass wir uns willkommen gefühlt haben und der Urlaub einen guten Start hatte! Alles was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigten war vorhanden und uns wurden von Bobby Surfbretter und Fahrräder kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt! Da wir Land und Leute kennenlernen wollten und nicht nur New York, war die Lage des Appartements für uns super! Wir waren in einer Stunde mit der Fähre oder der Subway Linie A in Mannhatten! Einfach nur genial! Die Subway war ca. 500 Meter und der kostenlose Shuttlebus zur Fähre nur 150 Meter von uns entfernt. Zum Strand war es nur ein Katzensprung von 200 Metern! Der Supermarkt 300 Meter! Da wie auch Ausflüge nach Long Island, Fire Island und Hamptons machen wollten, hatten wir die ganze Zeit einen Mietwagen den wir vor dem Appartement parken konnten. Und als Ausgangsort für unsere Trips war das Appartement super, wir konnten der Küste entlang auf den vorgelagerten Inseln schön Cruisen, aber auch ins Landesinnere zum Beispiel Tanger Outlet fahren! Ich kann das Appartement nur weiterempfehlen und werde nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein!

Rockaway escape

Very nice condo with convenient location near the beach and boardwalk. Also close to subway station and Ferry terminal (by shuttle). Bobby was amazing as Host! He pointed out all the best places to eat and visit. Thanks Bobby!

Rockaway retreat

The owners are phenomenal people, and truly caring and helpful!!!! The location is fantastic, and the area is quaint... The penthouse apartment was clean, but it has been used hard and could use a little updating.. Overall we couldn’t ask for a better family to rent from!!!

Family vacation to NYC

This place was great for our stay, Bobby gave us great advice on how to get around the city and recommendations for food. Pizza we had was AMAZING !!!! Having the beach so close was nice even though it was too chilly to swim we still took the kids down to the boardwalk to dip our toes in to the ocean. The ferry was great to take into the city every day vs driving in traffic. Our trip was great would definitely recommend this place to others visiting NYC!

Séjour fantastique à Rockaway beach

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement est très confortable, et très bien équipé. Le propriétaire est très disponible et serviable. Liaison très facile pour Manhattan - 50 mn de ferry très agréable jusqu'à Wall Street navette gratuite pour se rendre au Terminal des ferry. Ou Train ligne A, un peu plus long, à 5mn à pied. Supermarché à 5mn à pied. Immense plage au bout de la rue - 3mn à pied- Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute!

First time using HomeAway! Bobby has set the standard very high for everyone else. If I don’t get the same treatment I won’t book from them! He got in contact with me prior to arriving to make sure I was ready. He told me about all the restaurants in the area via text so I can go back to see it later. Had beach chairs, irons, pots and pans, even condiments for cooking. My wedding party greatly appreciated everything he did for us! I would give him 6 stars if I could!

We really care about our property and really want our guest to enjoy their stay, and enjoy the area. The property is a nice two family Townhouse in an HOA community. First floors are owner occupied. Top floor is a very nice private two bedroom 1 bath apartment w/Separate entrance. It's on a beach block, just a short walk down the block for Boardwalk/Ocean/Beach access. Host are very accommodating, flexible and friendly and willing to assist with anything from airport pickup, to local area suggestions, etc. Apt stocked with the basics: bottled water, coffee, fruits, complementary bottle of wine, towels & linens, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella, etc.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Beach and Boardwalk are a short stroll away. Children's park down the block on Boardwalk. Walk to Supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars, transportation, etc. 15-20 min from JFK driving, 2 subway stops away. Very comfortable space for family vacations, NYC getaways, JFK stay overs, business travelers, etc. Very friendly and helpful host.
