Truly wonderful stay at a great cabin with the wonderful agency!

First time we’ve stayed at Paulson chalet was summer 2022 and we liked it so much that we went ahead and rented it every summer since then. It’s so well and tastefully decorated, has absolutely everything one might need, and is situated in the quietest little street among the lush thick forest. Sheila is best and most patient agent one can wish for, as prior to renting it for the first time we’ve asked a million questions, and she patiently replied to them all! And whenever we have encountered a problem (lightbulb going out or anything not functioning perfectly), Sheila was momentarily responsive and would send us a handyman or drop anything that was necessary within hours. The cabin has lots of toys and games for kids of all ages and the owners always renew things here and there. There is now a great new smart TV in the living room (besides two more TVs on two other levels), brand new hockey table and a few portable AC units. The kitchen is so stocked and there’s so much kitchenware you will never need to go out. It does get hot on the top level but if you’re diligent and follow the helpful tips by the owners (keep windows and shadows closed during the day and air in the evening/at night), you can tame it. Besides, downstairs bedroom never gets too hot.The location of the cabin cannot be more convenient, easy access to all the main attractions of Arnold (lakes, shopping and Big Trees State park).Will most definitely be coming back here as long as we’re continuing vacationing in Arnold!
