Excellent stay, great service!

Repeat stay, always enjoy Windsor Palms - a safe gated community. Very well groomed, pool is great, hot tub also great. Unit itself is well furnished and stocked. We had 2 very small issues that were addressed right away - great communication by the management company. Will definitely stay here again!

Awesome stay

Repeat customer. Great communication, easy to follow instructions. Condo is in good shape, very clean and everything functions unlike some other condos we've stayed at. always quiet and peaceful at Windsor Palms. Gated security and is very simple and quick to check in and use the pass to get in after that for your entire stay. Great pool area and complex is safe to walk in any time of day or night. fridge even has an ice maker which was nice. Highly recommended.

Great stay again!

Great communication, easy check-in, and as always the condo never disappoints. It was clean and well stocked, everything functional. AC was really nice as temps outside got to 100 or so. Resort amenities are great - nice pool and clubhouse. Only thing I would recommend is little bit bigger beds. will definitely be back!

Our apartment

First of all the price was amazing, and the owners communication and reply times also. On our first day noticed the TV in double bedroom was scratched and completely unusable, the toilet in bathroom had an issue with flush think the place does need updating massively, also in the whole time we we're there our bin only got emptied once and there was nowhere to put plastic or card like recyclable materials. The complex itself seemed lovely and very safe.

We enjoyed our stay in Windsor Palms. The condo was clean , met our needs and was good value. The only criticism was the limited number of TV channels. The management company was very helpful and quick to respond when needed. We have already booked a return visit for next year.

Location very good Facilities as required Home comfortable Beds getting tired and some furniture My wife's only gripe was the lack of cable or digital tv so we upgrade the tv offering House was clean and decor ok All the kitchen / laundry equipment worked well Overall we liked out stay and would use again Felt secure with the gated and manned entrance system

We had a lovely 3 weeks in the condo. It's a bit tired and could do with a few upgrades. It can sleep 6 but not enough sofa space or seats on the balcony for everyone. So good to gave a washer and dryer so we didn't come home with loads of washing

Very Good but could use a significant refresh

Enjoyed our stay. We have rented these types of condos in Windsor palms on numerous occasions over the years (since the early 2000s). In my opinion, the age of this condo is starting to show and I think that for this particular unit it would benefit the owner to do a significant refresh. Carpets, sofa set, mattresses, tiling and caulking in the bathroom and kitchen.

Perfect for anyone

This condo was an absolute dream! So much better than staying in a hotel room. There are only two of us and this unit is three bedroom so we didn't use the two other rooms but really appreciated the space. The screened in patio was perfect for sipping coffee in the morning before going out to brave the Florida traffic. We spend a couple days just in the Windsor Palms complex and honestly did not want to leave at all. We considered leaving our house back home to our relatives and just starting over here. Everything you need is here, food, drinks, fun, and relaxation. If this unit goes up for sale in the next year or two, put us at the front of the list!

Great condo and great company to rent from

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Everything was sparkling clean when we arrived and the furniture/beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with items to prepare meals and the washer/dryer set was very nice! The condo had plenty of towels for us, as well as extra blankets and pillows. The screened-in balcony was very nice for enjoying meals or just relaxing. Welcome Home Vacations was great to work with. We booked our vacation at the last minute, and Welcome Home was very quick with providing check-in communication and processing our reservation. They werw very helpful and friendly, especially Margie. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and to make sure we had all we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay in this unit again - and would absolutely rent from Welcome Home again.

14 Night Disney World Holiday

The actual space itself was very good and the location is excellent for the Disney Parks, with loads of eateries within easy striking distance. We had 18 & 16 year olds with us so the three bedrooms worked really well for us. On arrival, the cleanliness of the Condo was just average, the hoover did not work but a new one was provided when we reported the problem. I suspect that the cleaners use their own equipment, as the brushes, mop,(Broken handle) and dustpan were in a dirty condition. Communication with WelcomeHomesUSA was easy and worked well. The Condo is very good value for money and the facilities at the Windsor Palms Resort are very good.

Great stay and communication

Me, my wife and daughter and my parents stayed here and really enjoyed it. the communication was great, very clear instructions posted everywhere and via email so we knew exactly what to do. the condo had sufficient cooking items and even some dish soap and garbage bags which was nice. thought it was adequately stocked, similar to other rentals we've stayed at. tv and couches were fine. Suggestion that the guest bed be upgraded to a queen as it was a little tight but we knew it was a double going in. the place was clean, no issues there. we really enjoy Windsor Palms pool and hot tub and the safety of a gated resort. The checkin process is great and they give you a entry/parking pass to scan upon entry for your stay. works very well. Very minor suggestion to have a coded door lock instead of a lockbox with key. that would be more convenient but certainly the lockbox works fine. There are many sidewalks to jog or take walks. Place is close to Disney and other attractions. overall excellent stay and highly recommend.

Nice apartment, shame about location.

The apartment itself was clean, spacious and had everything we could have wanted for our holiday. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave and coffee machine were great and were used daily. Bedrooms and bedding were lovely and comfortable and for the price we paid it was worth the money. Responses from the property owner were prompt and any initial issues we had were dealt with straight away. The negative part of the stay was the location of the apartment. It is within an apartment block which is mixed with permanent residents and holiday makers. Being residential, there were many dogs around which would bark at all hours of the night and on one occasion we found 2 large dogs roaming loose when we returned home late from the theme parks. The refuse collection point is directly facing the apartment and collections took place twice a week at 5am which was an early wake up call for all of us due to the noise of the wagons reversing, collecting the refuse and leaving. One final point was the sprinkler system. This would start at 5am and then again at 8am and covered the whole exit from the building to the car, meaning we would be soaked with sprinkler water if we left between 0800-0830, we soon learned to wait until after. Not only this but the sprinkler at the end of the property was broken and for the whole holiday it spouted water up into the air, flooding the car park and making a really loud noise. I reported this but nothing was done to rectify it and it disturbed our sleep every night and was a real pain to be honest. If the apartment was situated somewhere else then I would definitely stay there again but the surroundings really spoilt it for us all.

Very nice place we are seniors 3rd floor was a little rough sometimes, I had to clean the place when I came in very dusty and I had to buy utensils the ones that were provided such as can opener etc. but all and all it was a pleasant stay thank you would stay again

Great Location

We went to Universal Resort theme parks and the drive was pretty reasonable. Location is very close to grocery stores. Host was responsive to inquiries. Unfortunately there were some things that were going to be provided that weren't. A quick trip to the store resolved that. I notified host and they apologized. I recommend if you have down time and you're going to watch tv bring your fire stick or something similar to watch your favorite shows. We ended up renting a movie so a dvd player is provided. Overall thanks again for the stay.

The place was nice and convenient. The kitchen wasn’t very clean; there were little bugs all over the counter, and the cookware was a little gross—the baking sheets had an awful odor. Other than that, it was spacious, comfortable, and convenient!!
