This spacious property is perfect for families or groups of up to 7 guests (see breakdown below), offering 2 cozy bedrooms and one flex bedroom/office, 2.5 modern bathrooms, a comfortable living room, and a private garage. Each bedroom provides cozy high-end bedding, soft towels, a folding desk and chair for work, and a television—perfect for unwinding or getting things done before your next adventure.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with comfortable beds and plenty of storage, ensuring a restful stay. The two full bathrooms provide all the amenities you need to refresh, and an additional half-bathroom for added convenience.

The inviting living room is perfect for relaxing after a busy day, with plenty of seating and high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you connected. With its welcoming atmosphere and great amenities, this home is an excellent choice for your stay in Salt Lake City!

Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom (3rd Floor)
A luxurious space equipped with a comfortable king bed, ample walk-in closet space, an ensuite bath, and a TV.

Second Bedroom (3rd Floor): Another cozy bedroom, with a walk-in closet, TV, and en-suite bath!

FLEX Third Bedroom/Office space: This room serves as a true dedicated office for all your work-from-home needs. The twin sleeper sofa in this bedroom can also be used if needed!

The home also has two twin sleeper floor cots if you need some additional sleeping spots for extra guests :)

Bathrooms:

2 Full Bathrooms(3rd Floor): These are fully equipped with modern fixtures, including showers, bathtubs, and ample counter space for all your toiletries. They are sparkling clean and offer all the essentials for a pleasant stay.

1 Half Bathroom(2nd Floor): Conveniently located off the living room and kitchen, perfect for quick use, and shared among guests.

Living Room:

The living room is bright and airy, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Salt Lake City. Comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and stylish décor make it a great spot to unwind or entertain. The open concept allows for easy flow to the dining area, adding to the home`s communal feel.

Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi, allowing you to stay connected during your stay, and a garage for secure parking.

Garage / Hot Tub/Cold Tub-
1. A one-car garage is available for use. It is technically a two-car garage, but the hot tub takes up half the garage.
2. The cold tub is entirely self-use: We will fill it with water, but you are responsible for adding ice.

Utah has a high desert climate, and as such, there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Boxelder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes, such as the transition from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uinta Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not a reflection of the property`s cleanliness.

1) LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING. NO EXCEPTIONS.

2) Occupancy limits: Please make sure to message your host if you are having over 7 guests or people who will be visiting. Each guest must be on the reservation

3) Fees: There is a $200 per day fee for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking on the property.

There is a $50 LATE CHECKOUT/EARLY ARRIVAL FEE if you are there longer or arrive earlier than you have been authorized causing the cleaner to have to wait for you or be rushed. I care about my cleaners very much and their time is valuable :)


4) Quiet Hours are from 10 PM-8 AM. Be a good neighbor!

5) PLEASE make sure to return the garage door openers after departing. Any missing opener will be billed at $100 each if not returned.

6) I don’t allow mail delivery as this unit has no mailbox. Please use Amazon locker or equivalent. Please speak with the host first if you need to send mail.

7) Alterations/Changes: Once you have confirmed your booking, any modifications to the dates or guest count may be treated as a cancellation and therefore be subject to the cancellation policy. The host retains the right to charge for lost dates you have removed with an alteration of at least a partial amount to the discretion of the host.

HOT TUB:
To ensure a clean and safe hot tub experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
a) Cleanliness: Before entering the hot tub, please rinse off any dirt, oils, and lotions. This helps keep the water fresh and sanitary.
b) Food & Beverages: Do not bring food or drinks into the hot tub to avoid spills and contamination.
c) Supervision: Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Any person under 18 must be accompanied by a sober, responsible adult at all times.
d) Excessive Cleaning: If the hot tub is left in an unsatisfactory condition, an additional cleaning fee of $125 may be applied. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and enjoyable experience for all guests.
By following these rules, all guests can enjoy a clean and inviting hot tub. Thank you for helping us keep the hot tub safe and fresh.

Please make sure to leave the cold plunge in good shape as well!

These rules may seem intense, but I am very easygoing when your lovely guests follow the rules and 99% of them do. It`s my pleasure to host you!

This is a beautiful home and very clean. Easy to access off the freeway and plenty of street parking. The amenities in the home were extremely nice. Kitchen was well stocked! The host was amazing with super fast communication. We for sure will be staying here again. 5 Star for sure!!

My sister and I enjoyed our stay here. Its a very quiet neighborhood which was nice. The home was clean and very nice. The beds were comfortable and we loved how both bedrooms had their own bathroom. The second floor had the kitchen, living room, and a small bathroom. We also liked that because you didn't have to go up to the third floor to use the restroom. The kitchen was beautiful and has everything you need during your stay. We had trouble seeing our information on vrbo to get in with the code but that was because of a vrbo update. Taylor and Chad called me as soon as they saw my call and message that we were having trouble getting in. They were very attentive and quick to respond. Parking was a little tight for my toyota highlander but it was still doable. I just didnt want to use the free side parking, but my vehicle still fit in their garage.
