Note:

There are two exterior cameras on sight for security purposes (one out front and one in the backyard).

Casa Crescent's pool has an electric heater that is controlled remotely through an app. The pool can be heated for $35 per day and there is a 3-day minimum. Lower fee for long-term stays.

The pool is serviced by a professional pool company every week to ensure a properly functioning and clean pool for guests. They usually service the pool on Tuesdays, arriving between 1pm and 3pm, but the company will let us know if that has to change due to unforeseen circumstances and guests will be notified accordingly. It takes them 10-15 minutes at most to service the pool, so it won't be much of an inconvenience. They enter the backyard from the right-side gate (where the pool equipment is).

Casa Crescent's yard is serviced by a local landscaping company to ensure a well-kept yard for guests. The company will let us know which day/time they will service the property and guests will be notified accordingly.
