The BayHaven beach cottage is adorned with old world luxury and coastal comfort. We have curated each room with care to ensure the comfort and serenity of our guests.

We are a short drive across bridge to public boat access - and there is off road or on road parking at the house! Many neighbors are boaters and enjoy the convenient location !

Complete with three queen size bedrooms for guests - one with a view of the water from the bed. And second with a garden view. Guest bathroom includes a tub and shower, and even a bidet

We are surrounded by places to eat out but for those whole like to cook at home there is a well appointed kitchen. The outdoor screened porch opens onto a patio with an outdoor Kamato Joe Kettle Grill for fresh cooked seafood and steaks!

Enjoy the serene rain garden that surrounds the house, including the backyard, swing covered in aromatic jasmine. Unwind on the loungers at the end of the day or enjoy the additional comfort of the screened in porch.

For those that are taking a business get away there is high-speed Internet access, and a desk in living area for convenience. Or connect your laptop to the smart tv in family room for a double screen working environment!

Great open floor plan with an open kitchen and living area. Tile floors throughout except two of the bedrooms that are wood. Easy access throughout the house as it is step free other than the small steps to get in the house and steps to go onto the screened in porch or garage.
