Bienvenido a Crab Cakes and Football. Disfrute del centro histórico de Annapolis, a poca distancia a pie de City Dock y del Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. Estacionamiento privado para 2 autos!

Este es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de todo lo que Annapolis tiene para ofrecer. Las personas que conocen el área saben que tener 2 lugares de estacionamiento es casi desconocido. Estamos ubicados en uno de los barrios más buscados de Annapolis. El barrio tiene un ambiente muy tranquilo y silencioso. La propiedad había sido un alquiler a largo plazo, pero recientemente decidimos que preferiríamos compartirla con las personas que vienen de vacaciones. Todo en la casa es completamente nuevo y estamos seguros de que lo disfrutarás tanto como nosotros. Vivimos a 5-10 minutos de la propiedad para que pueda disfrutar de su privacidad, pero estamos disponibles si nos necesita.

property just as described, great communication. lots of great little touches like a snack basket, even a bottle of champagne in the fridge! charming little property that felt very cozy. One thing to note was the beds were a little creaky which may upset light sleepers.

Adorable place in great location

The house is adorable, well-maintained, and in the perfect location for sightseeing in Annapolis. The hosts were responsive and left coffee and treats for us, which came in very handy. Our only suggestion, and it's a small one, is that a list of local attractions and recommended restaurants would be useful.

LOVED our stay!

Our host Liz, was nothing short of amazing. She was very communicative and professional. The house was adorable and the location was perfect. The bathrooms were stocked with any toiletry you could possibly need. Can’t say enough about our stay and would highly recommend!!

Overall, a very positive experience

Everything about this weekend was perfect! Liz is a hands-on hostess, and was a great resource for all things Annapolis. The location is great for walking to the naval academy, to town, and to several very good restaurants. Googled Leos for dinner, one of her recommendations, and it was 450 feet away. The same for The Lighthouse for breakfast. Both were excellent. The house is beautiful, and had everything we needed, including a welcome bottle of prosecco. 5 stars all around.

The best

We had the best stay! My husband I took a short weekend trip with our dog. Liz was so accommodating and even left us wine and chocolates to celebrate. She was so nice and even let us stay as long as we wanted on Sunday!

Great Property

We stayed here for our son’s Iday and it could not have been more perfect. It was a comfortable walk to Gate 1 and DTA. Liz was very accommodating with check in and check out times and all of the special touches made our stay that more comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing property! Reviews are spot on! Every amenity you can imagine!

Best rental we've stayed in during our daughter's 4 years at the academy. Liz is exceptional communicating! Reviews are 100% accurate. My favorites: -Location: easy walk along West St to all sorts of cool places -Backyard & parking: great for morning coffee and no stress finding a spot to park on the street. -Real cable TV. No streaming necessary. Really appreciated that during football season! Book it, you will be thrilled!!

Crab cakes and Football

Charming house with two private parking spaces. Very well equipped and great location. Liz, the owner, is very accommodating and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Second Time Staying here - a Favorite

This is the second time we've stayed at Liz's place. It's one of my favorite rentals in Annapolis - location is great - close to everything, but quiet in the evenings, easy access to restaurants on West St., walking distance to Main St and the USNA. The home is very clean and is the most well stocked rental we've ever stayed in - kitchen has everything you could need and plenty of extra towels, pillows, blankets, and toiletries upstairs. We will definitely be back for a third visit in the near future.

Perfectly charming

This property was perfect for our stay in Annapolis for an event at USNA. Listing pics don’t do it justice- if you like what you see, you’ll love it in person. Everything was clean, well-stocked kitchen tools, clean and crisp bedrooms, comfy sofa in living room. Outdoor space is adorable (although it was too chilly for us to enjoy.) Liz was super accommodating for our needs, and we loved the touch of Prosecco and cold bottles of water waiting for us upon check-in. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Such a find!

Liz thought of everything to make our stay easy and fun. We were welcomed with a bottle of Prosecco, there was plenty of bottled water in the fridge, coffee, tea and a very well appointed kitchen. She made sure we had dish and laundry detergent, plenty of extra towels - everything we needed after a long road trip. The house was perfect for us, our dogs and our grandkids. And, the location and off street parking make this property a rare find. We look forward to staying here again.

Thoughtful, personal touches

Location was perfect, we walked everywhere. Property was very clean had everything and more you could possibly need for a weekend away. All of the personal touches and extras were very much appreciated. Thank you so much! I don’t think we’d will ever stay in a hotel in Annapolis again if this property is available.

Perfect!

The house was perfect! Adorable, super clean, and well stocked with all the essentials. We used it for my bridal party to get ready and it couldn't have worked out better. Navy vs Air Force Game

Liz is an amazing host. She's extremely accommodating. We were able to arrive early and depart later which helped us spend that extra time with our mid. Thank you and we'll be staying with you more often.

Plebe Parent Weekend

We rented the property to visit our two sons who attend the United States Naval Academy. The house could not have been more perfect. When we arrived the house was spotless and the owner even left us a welcome gift. There is not anything that the owner did not think of. She even had sippy cups in the cabinets if you have little children. Communication with the owner throughout the entire process was fantastic. The location is terrific. 5-10 minute walk to all restaurants and the Academy. We will definitely be renting this property again when we have our next visit. ( unless word gets out how perfect it is and it gets booked😂) Thank you very much, Liz. We had an incredible time with our family in your house. 🇺🇸⚓️ We highly recommend this owner.

Perfect!

Our favorite location in Annapolis! Home was perfect! Fresh flowers, wine, a gift basket and the most well stocked kitchen I have ever found in a rental. Commissioning week access to events couldn’t be better and parking for three small cars was golden for graduation day at the stadium because it allowed us to offer a walkable distance to those who stayed further out. Liz is wonderful to work with, would give 10 stars if I could!

Best Location

The owners are fabulous and there for you! The location is 10, walk to everything! The house is the BEST stocked home we have ever stayed in. We comfortably had 4 adults and a large dog. The backyard is really nice and both front and rear are fenced in. Zero reservations in staying again!

Forever a favorite!

This is the 3rd or 4th time that we've stayed at this property and it continues to be a favorite. Liz is so easy to work with and very communicative. The house is always clean, very well stocked and she leaves some really great personal touches for her guests. The property is close to dining but also has a full kitchen that is stocked for cooking while there. The backyard space is great for hanging out in, and the neighborhood is quiet. This is forever a favorite of ours!

Best place to stay in Annapolis

This place exceeded our expectations in every way. Loved the feeling of our own house downtown. Parking was a big plus and Liz was amazing to deal with. We are so happy to have this for commissioning week!

Location, location, location ... We are an easy walk to the Navy Marine Memorial Stadium or City Dock. Located in historic Presidents Hill, its near some of the best restaurants in Annapolis. The home has been newly painted, newly furnished, new HVAC, and scrubbed for an exceptional clean experience.
