Te alojarás en el Bunkhouse en Blanche Manor, nuestro rancho de caballos de 112 acres ubicado a solo minutos de Ocoee, TN, McCaysville, GA y a 25 minutos de Blue Ridge, GA. Estamos en el corazón del desierto de Cohutta con caminatas, rafting, tirolesa y tubos en minutos, y con paseos a caballo en el lugar. Nuestra casa de dos dormitorios tiene todo lo que necesita para una estancia cómoda, tranquila y privada en las montañas. El barracón está abierto todo el año. Tiene una cama queen en una habitación, una cama doble con cama nido en la otra habitación y una ducha con azulejos con tocador. La decoración está inspirada en nuestro estilo de vida de rancho. Hay una chimenea eléctrica para esas noches frías de montaña. La cubierta privada tiene un área de comedor al aire libre donde puedes escuchar a los caballos que pasan por el sendero a lo lejos. There was a pot left in the oven with grease in it. There wasnt any water pressure. We couldn’t take a shower. There were broken pieces of wood on front and back deck. The grill did not work. It was very slippery and we almost fell several times. The AC was not working properly at first. Every movie we went to watch skipped in at least one part of the movie. There wasn’t any cable or internet. Other than those issues, it was a nice secluded area and the horseback riding was a fun experience. It would be nice if the horseback riding could be included if you stay on the ranch. The people that work there are very friendly. Our horseback riding guide was great!

The cabin was nice and clean. It was cozy and secluded. We enjoyed being able to ride horses on the property and saw lots of deer. The butterflies loved the flowers on the back porch. The host responded quickly to questions that we had. The only complaints we would have is that the water pressure is not good. Showers took a long time. The TV is only available for playing DVDs. They have a large selection to chose from, but it would have been nice to have regular TV in the mornings for news etc. The inside of the cabin is very nice, but they need to do some maintenance on the outside of the cabin. However, we did enjoy our stay.

Family Visit

Excellent, private, charming cabin in the woods. We relaxed and enjoyed the scenery and visited family while here. Nice escape in the woods. Thank you for a restful vacation. The pictures do not do it justice. This is a fairly spacious cabin with everything you need but groceries.

Bunkhouse stay

It would’ve been much better if the ac had been turned on before we arrived. It was extremely hot the first day! The water pressure in the shower is horrible. I also don’t feel that the property and hot tub were cleaned very well. The hot tub was absolutely filthy! The property manager didn’t answer my text or calls so that was very unprofessional of them.

Peace and Quiet

My niece sent me a dm asking for girls get- away. The Blue Ridge area is midway between us. As luck would have it The Bunkhouse at Blanch Manor in Copperhill, Tn was available! Cute two bedroom, one bath set up. Great deck spaces, and a hot tub was perfect for enjoying the wonderful weather any time of day. Much about the bunkhouse is primitive. While it has a full kitchen that is nicely equipped, and a lovely bathroom with shower, the drawers in the kitchen are not on a track and on first opening can be startling.The beds were very comfortable, as were the furnishings in the living room. The staff was amazing; always available, and ready to answer questions.I would recommend this rental for a safe, uncomplicated stay in the mountains not far from anything in the Blue Ridge area

After Christmas getaway

We loved the property Nicer than the pictures more room than pictures appear Sam was great the couple of things we needed she was accommodating.So much to see around the area.Very private. We were all female but never felt unsafe.

City Folks Approve

My daughter loves all thing nature and unfortunately we live in a huge city where the closes thing to nature she ever sees are the racoons and stray cats and dogs that roam in our yard from time to time. This was most definitely a change of scenery and a different for both of us. My niece whose not into nature at all, let alone animals came with and I just knew we were going to spend the whole trip hearing her cry about everything from a falling leaf touching her to the smell of the horses at the ranch. Surprisingly, she had a blast. Both girls got to the cabin and were immediately excited about the hot tub and the mountain view at the top the hill. This is most definitely a trip to remember. Just a reminder, you most definitely need a SUV or truck to get to the cabin because the road is all gravel. I'll also recommend that if you have never gone camping or done anything remotely to living in the outdoors that you either youtube how to live out in the woods or bring someone along that knows how to set fires or at least start up a grill, it was a bit rough but luckily the cabin has a microwave and stove on the inside so all you have to is purchase groceries and do simple cooking. Also, bring a heating blanket and extra layers if you are from a place that doesn't really see much drop in the temperatures. It's freezing cold during fall and the temp does drop even more at night. I also recommend taking advantage of the horseback riding experience as well, my girls loved it.

Excellent Cabin Retreat

We had a wonderful experience at Blanche Manor for our honeymoon. A week on property riding horses and exploring the surrounding area was just what we needed to de-stress from the wedding. We will certainly be staying here again when we are in town.

Loved the privacy. Could not get a return nessage from mgt. There was no key to get in as per instructions. No telephone reception. Had to get horse stable msnager to call owner to get in. Hot tub is too far away from doir.

Great place to unplug and decompress

This place was clean, cozy and rustic, as advertised. We enjoyed seeing the horses but too cold for us to ride! There was plenty of towels and starter paper products, some dvds, and basic necessities for the kitchen. However, the hot tub is not private as riders come within feet of the bunkhouse. Also, the ad does not mention that the bunkhouse is not the whole house. It is the backside only with no access to the front porch without going outside! This means you have to walk around the house to get to the hot tub and the part of the house we had access to was super dark. Good for sleeping late! But not for enjoying the porch and hot tub like we imagined. One problem was that we had two different emails explaining how to get into the house. First one said there was a key on the gate post (there was not) and the other email gave a code for the door and we could not find the code in an email due to sketchy internet access. Luckily, the horseback ride guide came passing by at just the right time and he told us the code. Another glitch was that we got conflicting emails on the checkout time (10:00am vs 11:00am) and check in time (3:00pm vs 4:00pm). All in all, the place was worth the affordable rate but not something I would do again unless I just wanted to go horseback riding.

Beautiful

We enjoyed our stay! You could tell they had done some work on the cabin. The heat was a little weird in the cabin. It got hot in the bedroom when the door was closed, but the rest of the cabin was cold. Bed was pretty stiff, but the shower was amazing. The property manager communicated very well! Amazing to see the horses every day.

Off grid getaway

This little getaway from everything & everyone was much needed & way past due. If you are looking for concert & asphalt America this isnt the place for you. At this time you can tell they have been working on the place but it did not disappoint & i can only imagine it to be even better. Blanche Manor is tucked away in the back of the property in the edge of the woods & so peaceful for a much overdue reset. On top of wild animals & other insects or critters you may encounter i suggest taking the time for a private horseback ride while there.

Privet piece of Heaven

We loved this property, it’s so peaceful and quiet, privately located on the property. We enjoyed the hot tub and all the critters including the deer and the raccoons. We went on an amazing horse back ride and we’re able to walk down daily and feed the horses carrots and apples. We will definitely be staying here again. On another note Folks is just down the road with the most amazing coffee and hand pies both savory and sweet. It is a must!!

When we were ready to retired from corporate life, we looked looked across the entire US to find the place we wanted to spend the rest of our lives and found in her in south eastern Tennessee. We feel that our home showcases the natural beauty of Blue Ridge Mountains, while being close to conveniences and culture of Blue Ridge. We are blessed with a location that has outstanding trails for riding, close proximity to all the outdoor activities our clients are looking for, and the peace and serenity that only open pastures, horses, and farm life can offer.

Our ranch offers fantastic views, private wooded setting, creeks on every boarder, and beautiful pastures filled with horses. Our setting is truly unique. We offer the seclusion of a private ranch, but have activities right onsite. We are also so close to all of the adventure activities, such as white water rafting, tubing, kayaking, endless hiking trails, and lakes with boat rentals. You are close enough to Blue Ridge for fine dining and culture, but secluded in the peaceful beauty on our private ranch.
