Construction is an ongoing part of life in Port Aransas. While we strive to ensure your stay is as peaceful and enjoyable as possible, you may encounter nearby construction, building projects, road work, or other community improvements during your visit. These activities are outside of New Wave Vacation Rentals` control.
We appreciate your understanding as our community continues to grow and improve. Construction-related noise, dust, traffic, or temporary inconveniences are not eligible for refunds, credits, or other compensation.
HOUSE RULES
1. Minimum age of 25 is mandatory for property rental.
2. Upon confirming your reservation, we`ll email you a rental contract outlining our policies, rules, and expectations. Please review and sign it before your arrival to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
3. Parties or events are not permitted.
4. Please use your 4 designated parking space at your residence. (Golf Cart Accessible)
5. Pet Friendly (2 Pets Maximum)
NOTE: There is a pet fee of $75 per pet plus a $50 pet cleaning fee. Any non-disclosed pets will result in a charge of $400.
