Everything original like new Charming 1985 Yellowstone century mobile home in marvelous Indianapolis area on the backside of a school, just minutes away from the Indianapolis airport and the Indianapolis motor speedway with AC, heat, wifi, water hookup, electric hookup and access to washer and dryer. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Small dogs or cats are welcome. One queen size bed and 2 twin size bunk beds. Can sleep 4 comfortably. I can also provide a ride to and from places for a small fee to and from places to show you around to the great food and safe places to be! Awning works and can provide enclosed canopy or fire pit for outside activity. It has new tires on it. and it is insured so it can be rented to take to places if you want to pull up to tow it where you want. I will provide the hitch for connection that also has the sway bar connecters for easy handling during the tow. Same price as staying in it for the night. Here's some more things below.
Fresh and clean linen is provided and thin blankets for the beds. also every pilllow has a microbial waterproof pillow case and a fresh pillow case on them as well.
Check in is anytime the day of your arrival just reach out to me and let me no so I can have the camper prepped accordingly.
Check out is anytime before 3 -5 the day of leaving.

Last but not least I can host however is needed up on request. Just let me know what your needing and we can get it all figured out for you! Don't be afraid to ask about anything you or your family need!

Great location/great communication/easy check-in

This VRBO host was a great alternative to spending buko bucks on a hotel room. It was a small camper with 2 bunk beds and also a full size bed. The camper is so cute and vintage. Full kitchen and shower (which we didn't use) and an AC unit. We just need a place to crash after our family (2 adults and 2 teens) went to an event in Indianapolis before our 5 hour drive home. The host was VERY insistent on making sure our stay was pleasant. We ended up coming in very late and that was not a problem for the host....great communication, very flexible. Only thing I would say is that the beds might be a bit smaller than in the description but they were comfortable. First time ever using VRBO. Would definitely use this host again if we are in town!

Our family has been a tight nit family of 5 for quite some time. I have been with my wife for 16 years. We're a family of adventures and fun. Kind of like the griswalds. It's really busy in our lives and we have to stay at many different places alot of times when we go out. So we understand the importance of having somewhere safe and comfortable to stay wether it's just you or you have your family. We're committed to giving others the luxury of staying in a bug free, climate controlled space in a safe location. Sometimes you can't even find a hotel wether lone a nice one. So I really like to think of us helping others by providing them with a nice cheap place to stay for a night or a few days or a week. We are located by the Indianapolis airport, the Lucas oil stadium, the motor speedway, the Bainbridge fieldhouse, many different places right here at the grasp of everyone's plans to travel to these places. We enjoy helping give people piece of mind.

We bought this house because the whole street has a bunch of homeowners on it. Most of them are older and so the street is very quiet. Well besides my griswald family of kids running around. It's up against a fenced in park. I have a back gate that goes directly out to the park for fun. Also there's no behind neighbors and that's very nice. It's a very enjoyable area and it's very close to grocery stores and downtown and pretty much anywhere you wanna go surrounding or inside Indianapolis.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

What makes my property unique is the fast that the camper sits in my driveway tucked against the garage at my house. It's unique because it is bug free and comfortable to stay in! It's fun and nostalgic. If you like air planes it's by the airport so you can watch all the airplanes take off in the front drop of the sunsets in the evening and during the race you can hear the sounds of the racetrack working. It's pretty enjoyable.
