Very clean property in a great location; easy walking distance to all of Aspen proper. Everything is very compact but well maintained and functional. We were there during the summer but would be amazing in winter - street dead ends into the slopes!

Great Location, Hotel Like Experience

Great place to stay for skiing and visiting downtown Aspen. Good place for larger groups. Very pleased with the experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week at Aspen Alps and had a great experience. They have excellent service. We did have a few minor issues (ice not working, bath tub drain not holding water)and they were immediately addressed by Aspen Alps. We utilized their car service several times and it was very helpful. All staff was very polite and accommodating. The condo has an amazing view of the mountains and was very comfortable. Lots of space for our family. We also utilized the pool, which was great. Amazing location that makes everything in Aspen within walking distance. We will definitely come back!

Has a very large and airy King bed master master bedroom/office and adjoining bath w large walk-in closet on main floor w kitchen/living room area. You enter on floor below with 2 nice private bedrooms (2 twins or they combined for us to make King beds) each with its own bath. Everything newly renovated. Super comfortable beds. Kitchen is very well stocked w dishes and pots/pans. But they should have more minimal stuff like aluminum foil, baggies, Tupperware, as well as basic spices and olive. (This is my only real Neg comment. We cooked most dinners and were frustrated we had to buy things like olive oil and plastic bags etc. No one paying these prices will take such stuff. Most Rental condos have basics like that. Living room and dining room are comfy and easily fit 6-7 hanging out. Great views of mountains and every room seemed to have an outdoor balcony. Also has a nice grill we used off dining room area. Fireplace too! Be aware this is up the mountain - great ski in and out place. But walking into town requires walking up and down the short hill drive way or driving. Would not recommend for elders who can’t walk up hill unless they have car. Nice pool and hot tub area down the hill by front office. Super helpful and nice managers who helped us with several issues like getting more towels and a guest keycard for visiting friend.

Nice Week at Aspen Alps

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of four stayed for cycling, hiking and relaxation. As always the people who work and manage this place are friendly and professional. The weather was hot and not having AC was uncomfortable in the afternoons. It is a very spacious unit that was quiet and clean. Parking is a challenge. We will be back next year but in an air conditioned unit.
