These phantom complaints are based solely on the fact that she did not get to wash her clothes for free. If you are amenable to being told that "I am a scientist and I know how to fix your machine based on my YouTube search", please rent to Marcia. I will gladly accept this 'bad'. I have had guests that have kicked in the door because they locked the keys inside. I would rent to them again, if the other option is to rent to Marcia. I would have asked her to leave, had she booked for more than two days.

I list my place on VRBO with the settings that NO AUTOMATIC BOOKINGS ARE ALLOWED. You will need to submit a booking request that I WILL HAVE TO ACCEPT BEFORE BOOKING. I received your booking request and subsequently declined the request as the property was not available. VRBO DOES NOT MAKE PAYMENTS TO HOSTS INTIL A DAY AFTER THE GUEST CHECKS IN, SO THERE IS NO WAY I COULD HAVE RECEIVED YOUR MONIES. AGAIN, I HAVE NOT BEEN PAID FOR YOUR RESERVATION REQUEST, AND YOUR QUARRELL IS WITH VRBO NOT THIS HOST. I WAS INDEED CONTACTES BY VRBO, WHO WANTED TO CONFIRM THAT YOU DID MOT CHECK IN, SO THEY CAN ISSUE A REFUND. I STATED SAME, AND THEY ADVISED THAT THEY WILL REFUND YOU. AGAIN, I HAVE NOT RECEICED ONE PENNY OF YOUR RESERVATION FEES. YOUR NOT BEING REFUNDED HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ME. I sent you a screenshot of the booking details showing my payout was 0. It also shows that VRBO refunded you $401 on November 14...again, not in my court
