Located 4 blocks from the beach in stunning Bay Head, NJ, this modern, updated 4-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home has the unique ability to work with your individual needs. From families, to couples, to friends' trips -there is plenty of room for everyone!
The home features an ideal, separate first-floor apartment with a living area, kitchenette, full bathroom, and bedroom (makes for a great grandparent or babysitter suite).
The second floor includes an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a breakfast bar, an open floor plan from the kitchen into the sitting room, into the dining area, and the living room with sliders to a back deck & 2 additional spacious bedrooms, including a bunk room.
The primary suite encompasses the entire third floor with a sitting area including cathedral ceilings and a large bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower. Fantastic location in the heart of town, near shops, restaurants, and two parks, including tennis, pickleball, basketball courts, and a soccer/baseball field.

Visitors can leave their car parked while they walk and bike to local eateries and shops along Bridge Ave. and Lake Ave., as well as local playgrounds, parks, and sports courts/fields.
The house is four blocks walking distance from the Bridge Avenue beach, with access to other beach locations such as the popular Mount Street beach and Osborne beach, and is walking distance to the Bay, and Twilight Lake for maximum outdoorsy options, relaxation, and taking in pink skies.
