This stunning vacation villa boasts ample space for the whole family to enjoy. Unwind in the living room, complete with a smart TV and free internet access, after a long day in the sun. The adjacent dining room seats up to 8 guests, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything from pots and pans to utensils.
This vacation rental is also the perfect place to relax and get a restful night’s sleep in one of the four bedrooms. The master bedroom, has a king-sized bed dressed in luxurious bedding, an en-suite bathroom, and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a flat screen TV and shares a bathroom, while the third bedroom also features a queen-sized bed and a shared bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and shares a bathroom.
In addition to the comfortable accommodations, this impressive vacation home also offers a private screened-in pool for the whole family to enjoy. The pool can be heated with an electric heat pump upon request for an extra charge.
Guests have access to the whole house, private pool and yard.
You can park your car in the garage or on the drive way.
No more than 3 cars allowed per reservation.
The pool can be heated, please note that there will be an additional charge of $25 per day. Pool heating is 2 night minimum.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in, or must provide prior authorization if someone else in their party will check in.
Smoking & Parties: Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited at all properties — no exceptions.
Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.
Parking: A maximum of three (3) vehicles is allowed per property.
Furniture: Please do not move furniture within the home.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.
Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a respectful condition upon departure.
