Enchanting, secluded home on 1 acre in gated country club. This 4 bedroom beauty boasts full bathrooms in 3 of the bedrooms! Each bed is comfy with lush sheets. The kitchen is adjacent to the family room & has been recently remodeled with almost every gagdet you will need for a gourmet dinner. There is a good size desk in the twin bedroom for those of you that have to work while away. The outdoor lanai is over 1000sq ft of total tranquility. Come unwind after a day exploring

Beautiful Home, Great Location

We're friends who love this home for our get away. It's perfect! Enough rooms and space for each of us. This was our second year here and we plan to make this an annual trip! Check in and out - super easy, house is clean, spacious. Location is perfect!

Yes, we would book this again, with plans to do it again if possible next year.

We have booked several times with Verbo and have had great luck. This truly falls into the category of one of the best.Response time to questions was almost immediately upon sending. Home is beautiful, with exterior areas that made lounging comfortable and quiet. Best way to state it is believe what you are reading.

Golfing vacation

House was very clean, we loved the bed in master bedroom. Great location, only 1/4 mile from clubhouse. We had an issue with the coffee machine and Kimmie took care of it immediately. Hope we get down here again to rent the house another time. Thank you

Very nice house and location

We were 4 golfers on a golf trip. The house and location were excellent. Only problem was with the coffee maker (which I understand has been fixed) but overall, the accommodations were excellent.

Black Diamond Trip

We LOVE LOVE LOVE the Black Diamond community. Peaceful, beautiful. While our visit was post-Milton, this property was great. The only item that was disappointing was the hot tub seemed to need attention, but we chalk that up to disruptions in service due to the hurricane. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice

Area is very beautiful, as well as the property. No issues with the house. The owner was great at keeping in touch with any details. Only wish we could have stayed longer here! It made for a wonderful stay for our surprise birthday weekend plans at the springs.

Amazing home and area

We stayed at this lovely spacious home just lastnight..As soon as you drive through the property gate the views are phenomenal. So green, the beautiful trees…each home is fantastic. This particular house was perfect for my family. I cannot say enough nice things. Cleanliness 100%…each room is decorated like it belongs in a show room..if I had any questions I was answered immediately..you will not be sorry if you stay at this home I promise

Rest & Relaxation

The entry to the subdivision was absolutely breathtaking. At night, there were lights placed in the landscaping to make it feel very fairytale-like. The golf courses looked beautiful, however they were doing some work on the two full courses and it wasn't worth the cost to play 9 holes on one course and switch to 9 on another course. However, we look forward to playing the Quarry course this fall. The house was very clean and spacious. You could easily have two or three couples and not feel crowded at all. The area is growing quickly and will soon have Target, Starbucks, Panera, Hobby Lobby and Texas Roadhouse to go along with Walmart and other fast food restaurants. There is also a cute little place down the street called ArtSea Alcove where everybody can enjoy painting pottery. We went with our family that lives nearby and had a blast! Again, the house was great! It was easy to find and it was SO quiet and peaceful! Owner's were easy to communicate with and didn’t ask you to do a lot before you departed. We'd definitely go back!

Met our needs

We were three sisters each needing our own bedrooms & our own bathrooms. The house was great for us. Screened area was used every day for playing games & cards. Many of our meals were eaten there also. The back yard area could use some TLC. The neighborhood was very quiet.

Let me introduce my family.... Hi, I'm Kimmie (mother, taxi driver, problem solver, chef, shopper, wife, and all around do- gooder) Our family to moved to Florida a year ago (via Calif (45 years) then Utah (10 years) Being from Ca, we wanted to be close to the beach, but didn't want to go back to Ca so Florida was a natural choice. So, Darren, myself, Haley and our loyal dogs Jax & Bo loaded up and mad the cross country trip and have never looked back. We LOVE Florida and we are sure you will as well.

This stunning home was our primary residence, so it has everything you need (and more) to feel at home. We literally packed up our personal belongings and a few favorite pieces of furniture and moved. The thing I love about our home is that every bedroom (except 1) has their own attached bathroom. The outdoor space is stunning and relaxing and the gated neighborhood is absolutely stunning!
