Villa Aubergine in Kentfield - 2 beautiful bedrooms and a private bathroom

Private suite with two light and airy rooms above one another in the serene and beautiful Villa Aubergine.

The suite has its own private entrance, bathroom, mini-refrigerators, microwaves, a table next to an open window, a couch, and a small deck with patio furniture outside. The bed downstairs is full-sized, and upstairs has a twin-sized bed. We can make up another twin mattress on the floor upstairs, and the couch downstairs if you desire that. All are very comfortable. Coin laundry is available on the property.

Nearby are hiking and biking trails that lead to Phoenix lake and Mt. Tamalpais. Within walking distance there are restaurants, bakeries, boutiques, entertainment, and there is easy access to public transportation like the bus and ferry. Please note that the Villa is not for the faint of heart, there are many stairs leading up to the house.

Guest access
The Kitchen, main living room, and main deck are private and not for use. Please use your private entrance when entering and leaving, and your private deck for outdoor enjoyment. The pool and large sundeck are for you to enjoy as well. Enjoy the comfort of the Villa. Please respect the privacy of those living there.
Other things to note
It is most important that guests be aware that there are close to 50 stairs from the carport to the guest room. Carrying luggage up and down the stairs needs consideration and must be part of your decision to be a guest at the Villa. The decision is yours to make. Should you decide to tackle the stairs I recommend being in good shape, and I must add it's so worth the experience. Children must be able to care for their own safety. NO pets. My main concern is that your stay is relaxed and enjoyable. Simone, and sometimes Mark, will be available to answer any questions.
