Ubicado en el aislado Indigo Reef Resort en Marathon, este alquiler de vacaciones de lujo es puro paraíso. Te sumergirás en largos días de navegación, descansando junto a la piscina y observando espectaculares puestas de sol desde tu porche trasero. Ubicado a solo 90 millas al sur de Miami y a 45 millas de Key West, el complejo tiene vistas al Golfo de México con acceso completo al Océano Atlántico a través de Vaca Cut, que está a la vuelta de la esquina de Indigo Reef. Tendrás tu propio muelle privado a pocos pasos de tu porche trasero. Los Cayos de Florida son conocidos por la mejor pesca, buceo y arrecifes tropicales del mundo.  (Nota: alquiler mínimo semanal)

Esta espaciosa villa de tres dormitorios, dos baños y medio te hará sentir como en casa.  Cada habitación tiene su propia televisión, con un televisor de pantalla plana de 60 pulgadas en la sala de estar. La Villa tiene vistas directas de la puesta de sol con vistas al Golfo de México, que se puede disfrutar desde el porche o el balcón superior. A solo unos pasos de su porche trasero se encuentra su propio muelle privado para botes de hasta 31 '. La cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo que necesitará para cenar y puede asar fácilmente sus capturas diarias en una de las parrillas de carbón ubicadas en los terrenos del complejo. La villa está totalmente equipada para todo lo que necesite para su estancia. ¡Solo empaca y relájate!

We've stayed at Indigo Reef many times over the years and this unit is one of our favoites. Excellent communication with host, well decorated / furnished and extremely clean. Looking forward to next year already!

Fabulous Property

This villa has everything needed and it’s a great location to be in. Lots of room, well stocked on pots, pans, utensils & spices-something not all vacation properties take care to have within. We’ve stayed at Indigo Reef multiple times and John Zito’s properties never disappoint!

Paradise!

We have stayed at Indigo Reef several times, always a positive experience! This particular unit had a canal view with the most beautiful sunsets! Our college kids joined us, they love it as much as we do! The unit is comfortable, spacious & decorated beautifully! Definitely will be back!

All around wonderful!!

Our trip to Marathon was once again, amazing! The accommodations and property at Indigo Reef (#43) were absolutely wonderful, just as described in the listing and we very much appreciated everything the unit and the complex had to offer! The communication before arrival and prior to departure we so helpful as well. We are already looking forward to a return stay and enjoying another escape to one of our favorite coastal getaways!

Spring Break Marathon 2023

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort. My husband and I along with four teenagers had plenty of space within the home.. The views overlooking the water were incredible as well as the sunsets and scenic walkways all around the property. We would absolutely recommend this resort as a vacation option.

Fantastic stay!

This property was as described in the listing, nicely updated and fully equipped for our week. We enjoyed both decks to watch the beautiful sunsets and views. The grounds were very nicely maintained and the pool was close by to the property. The kids loved the box of water toys and floats located by the pool house that were available for use. Great communication with the host, appreciated all of the materials provided and ease of check in and check out. We will be back!

The best of Marathon

My family visits Marathon on an annual basis and Indigo Reef surpasses everywhere else that we have stayed. The grounds are immaculate, the pool was clean and well furnished and the boat slip was a great added benefit. We were also pleasantly surprised to find covered parking, an ice machine and a "home away from home" feel among the other guests/owners. Unit 43 may be the best location within Indigo Reef. It sits in the center of the complex and parking for your car or boat are just outside the doors. The sunset view down the canal is also amazing. 43 has been well cared for and it was well equipped for everything that our family of 5 needed during our stay. It was as nice, or nicer, than any of the pictures used to advertise it. It was a pleasure to rent through John Zito. The rental process was easy and John provided great info before and during our stay. He also made it easy for us to shuffle our schedule and add an extra day. We hope to return again soon, that extra day just wasn't enough....

Great location and fantastic views and pool

The condo complex is beautiful. Quiet and tucked away but close to lots of things in Marathon. The heated pool was warm, there were pool toys for use by the kids, manatees swam in the canal and the back deck was the perfect place to wind down after a busy day. There were a few 'worn' spots in the condo but nothing serious, obviously used to be a shelf in the bathroom they didn't pay h the holes on, a few scuffs and a single broken tile in the master bath. But it was decorated beautifully and in particular the living room (or master bedroom) view of the canal and water looked just as good I person as in the listing pics. If I was to recommend anything to the owners it would be another few blankets. There was only one for three beds (plus a sofa bed we didn't use) and getting the thermostat just right at night where no one needed a blanket was tough. And a normal sauce pan for boiling noodles or heating up soup (there was a big stockpot but not anything smaller). And the dishwasher needed an instruction manual :). Again, not serious and would definitely book again. Especially appreciated the small container of laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, etc.

Overall it was great.

Overall the unit and grounds were great. The dock reconstruction project was noisy and that was a bummer. We will consider a return trip in the future.

This is a very nice and quiet community with spectacular views and water access.

The property was well maintained and convenient to restaurants, activities and shopping. We enjoyed our 7 day stay very much. Unfortunately the weather was a bit windy and cold. However we were able to use the well appointed property to the fullest. Highly recommend packnrelax and this property. Thank you!

This was a great rental...exactly as described! Very short walk to the pool. Centrally located on the Keys. Nice, clean home with lots of room for the 7 of us!

the property was excellent. well furnished and very clean. kept my boat at the slip which was right outside the villa. only one problem i encountered. there are tarpon in the canal and i tried very hard to catch one but didn't. maybe next time.

Beautiful location and community

Beautiful location, sunsets were spectacular. The unit was a little worn, but clean. Kitchen had everything we needed including a commercial margarita maker that was really fun. Beds were super comfortable. Only suggestion is to have a couple of extra throw blankets as a couple of the evenings got chilly and some beach chairs.

Fun Four of July vaca with our boat

The convenience of this property was amazing. Our car was in covered parking outside the front door and our boat was out back. The hose hookup at the boat slip was helpful. The property had everything we needed to cook meals and relax. The AC worked really well which is important in FL. This listing looks just like the photos. The location of the unit was great for sunset views and also near the dock and pool. Indigo Reef had many friendly families staying there mainly to fish during the day. I would recommend it!

Beautiful and peaceful setting

Property was perfectly situated. The listing was accurate and the owner extremely accessible. The only things I would change are the mattresses in the bedrooms are not the best and the cleanliness of the kitchen appliances and utensils. Otherwise great! Amazing sunsets.

Anglars and Divers Paradise

I can sum up this place in one word, MAGNIFICENT. I am an avid fisherman and diver, and I travel down to the keys every year. I hit it pretty hard everyday. What makes my trips are the easy logistics of housing, boat dockage, fuel, bait and close proximity to the reefs. Indigo Reef provided me all of this that is unequal to anywhere else I have stayed in Marathon. The boat slip is just steps away, and very protected from the elements. Fuel and bait are just around the corner. Restaurants on the water are minutes away, and the boat ramp is within walking distance. This place is first class. I almost didn't even want to write a review because I really don't want everyone else to know how great this place really is. It's a fisherman thing. LOL. John was very accommodating, and I had a ton of questions before I came. He answered them all, and we spoke on the phone multiple times. Most of all other places that I have stayed, you just don't get that kind of service. We will definitely be back, this time with the kids.

Great place and location.

Everything was great. Three things: 1. Livingroom tv had 4 controllers . None of us knew how to set regular tv. 2. Ceiling in living room drywall damage . 3. Wooden dock deck is uneven due to the weather.

Beautiful home, breathtaking views, wonderful amenities.

This villa is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. We loved the property, the pool, the boat docks, and the porch was just awesome for ending each evening. This particular unit is just steps away from the swimming pool, and our kids really loved that. Behind the pool, there is a huge ice maker, so we were able to fill our coolers before heading to the beach, which was a great perk. We will stay again!
