Welcome to our enchanting private upstairs studio with a view located on Daniel Island at walking distance from the pool, restaurants, brewery and the Credit One Stadium.
Step into this beautiful space ideal for a couple with 1 queen bed and a cozy living room with a sofa bed that could accommodate a child less than 5'5".
A kitchenette with a dining table equipped with a small fridge/freezer, air fryer/toaster, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and tea station is available. There is also a desk space with an office chair as well as a 50 inches smart TV.
The studio is a finished room over a double garage that is private but connected to the main house.

Great location. 30 minute walk to tennis tournament. Cooking limited to toaster oven and microwave but lots of restaurants near by. Good coffee with nesopresso or drip coffee pot. Nice little porch. Very quiet, nestled in the trees.

Everything was in beautiful condition and well cared for. Lots of little extras - we even found the teapot and extra coffee maker and the beach towels for our ‘beach day’ (that was too cold to actually enjoy for long).

This is an excellent spot for a couple hanging out. Lovely out of the way neighborhood. Rental was well provided for. Host was plenty communicative. Doesn't take very long to get downtown.

A wonderful weekend. It was the perfect place to stay to see a concert. The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities you could possibly need. It was very thoughtful done. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood and not a bad walk to the credit one stadium at all. We walked, rode bikes, and took a rickshaw while we were there.

This is an amazing property. It's extremely clean, bed is comfortable, and linens are soft. Parking is convenient and the location is convenient to downtown Charleston. This was a perfect solution for us during CofC move-in weekend. Unfortunately our schedule & the weather kept us from using the pool. We hope to stay here again for future Charleston visits.

Lovely!

We had an absolutely lovely stay here. This is a studio apartment over a double garage. It feels really private even though attached to the main house, with it's own set up stairs down a stone walkway, and porch area that overlooks one of the community pool options. The place comfortably fit 2 adults plus our 2 young children (one on the pull out couch and one on a single air mattress we brought ourselves. Location is perfect for walking to Credit One stadium or experiencing other local attractions such as exploring Mount Pleasant and historic Charleston. Great hosts, very kind, and made sure we had what we needed. Access to a few community pools within walking distance using their key faub was a really nice benefit. Neighborhood is beautiful, live oaks, sidewalks, ponds, and very safe.

The photos don’t do the property justice! This brand new space is extremely comfortable and thoughtfully designed, and the overall setting feels like a spa retreat. The private deck overlooks the owner’s beautiful garden, a neighboring green space, and a small community pool. I spent mornings relaxing on the deck, listening to the splash of a courtyard fountain and birdsong in the surrounding woods. The neighborhood and nearby village center are equally charming with walking/biking paths everywhere I wanted to go.The living space has a very comfortable King bed and a sofa that flattens into a second bed. The kitchenette was stocked with lovely coffee and espresso essentials, and the bathroom has a luxurious shower. There is a large, new television and a good selection of books and videos.This is a beautiful and peaceful retreat!

Great Location! Awesome friendly Host! She replied immediately to all messages. Tour information brochures available for the entire region. It’s a cozy comfortable charming place! Perfectly Stocked with essentials for all your needs! There are 3 pools open until 10 pm in the area which you have access to, the Scott pool You can see from the balcony which has chairs to relax outside. The pool on Pierce St has a beautiful view of the River with playground / chairs outside the pool. Crow’s nest is cool withHuge screened in porch also rocking chairs overseeing the pool and 2 pickleball courts. Great facilities with changing/bathrooms. Host Provided a bike so I could tour the area. Great paths and parks everywhere. Scenic marsh and boardwalk landscape views. Plenty of breathtaking photo ops! Just appreciating the southern style plantation houses! Just Beautiful! Historical landmark spots. Water taxi to downtown Charleston. A convenient Short 20 min drive from airport! What an absolute gem! This studio was the perfect choice for our 3 night stay. It was quiet, clean, trendy and convenient to all of our CHS hot spot destinations. All communication was effortless and pleasurable. We hope it's available for when we plan our next trip.
