Sit outside and enjoy the ocean breeze or music through outside speakers.Beach canopy,chairs, and towels supplied. You can even bring Fido or Fluffy to join you and dogs are welcome at the beach!

Host was very responsive and friendly. Great location, easy walk to the beach. Pull out sleeper is not fit for sleeping, not comfortable at all. So expect for this to be a place that only sleeps 2. Overall great experience

This was the perfect spot for us for a quick weekend trip. Pet friendly and a very short walk to the also pet friendly beach. The host is the most kind, sweet person! Will definitely return. Thank you Roxanna!

Our stay suited our needs for a quick trip to the area! Our host was available to answer the few questions we had and was extrememly pleasant! The camper was a short walk to the beach and beach access path was right across the street. Our host explained ahead of time of damage to the sofa and chair upholstery so no surprises. Having a kitchen with utensils to cook fit our desire to bring local seafood back to enjoy in a quiet atmosphere. If we are ever in the area, we would stay here again.

Located very close to the beach (2 minute walk to beach access) and the RV was big enough for the two of us and well stocked with a toaster over, coffee maker, soap, plates, silverware... Also, it was the dog’s first trip to the beach (it’s located outside of the city limits so dogs are allowed) and he loved it also.

It does get warmer in the bedroom but all l can do is have the fan and lower the thermostat. It's because it's a travel trailer. Please come back and try it again when it's not so hot!!

Pros- This is very close to the beach. It took us about 5 minutes. It was extremely clean and smelled good. I never cooked anything with the stove or oven, but I had all I needed there for what I did make. It was nice to have the beach umbrella there. The bed and chairs were super comfortable. The owner was accommodating to our needs. We were there during an extremely hot time (under heat advisory), and I needed another fan. She brought one over, and it helped so much. Cons- As I said, we were there during a very hot time. At night, the bedroom never got cool enough for me, even with two fans. However, my daughter felt fine. During the day, it wasn’t super cool in there overall, but it also wasn’t bad in the living area. At night, the living area got very cool. Just something to keep in mind. There was no water pressure in the shower at all. It made it hard to rinse out your hair when washing it. The owner was easy to communicate with if you called. So many of us text now, and she was very slow to read those and respond. I had to call her on the way to get check in directions. I had messaged her on the VRBO app a few times and never heard back, so I had to call. Not getting the directions sent may have been a VRBO issue. One suggestion would be to put gravel all the way to owner’s home so that when you’re washing off with the hose you don’t end up standing in mud. Also, getting TVs with streaming apps so that people can sign into their own apps would be great!

Great for a quick getaway

Great inexpensive place to stay in St. Joe/Mexico Beach area. Camper was clean and well stocked with all the essentials like towels and dishes. The bedroom was pretty warm during the day but we brought fans and once the sun went down it cooled off. We actually got a little chilly the first night. Owner was very attentive. When we arrived the batteries in the smoke detector were going out and it kept beeping. Texted Roxanna and she came over right away and changed them out. Quick walk to the beach. The umbrella provided was so nice that we ordered one just like it. Just remember to bring a wagon to haul umbrellas and chairs to the beach because while it’s not far, it is a long way to haul all the necessities. The only thing I wish had been provided was wi-fi because cell service can be spotty. We highly recommend staying here!

Glad that y'all enjoyed your stay. You can actually drive your car to beach and drop off chairs, umbrella, and whatever else you may have. You are also allowed to park over there. There is more parking space in front of Veterans Park or just before that area. Y'all are welcome to come back anytime!

Camping in Style

Our family of 3 traveled to Port St Joe for Memorial Day weekend and chose to stay at this cute camper. It’s conveniently located in a neighborhood with mostly campers and a few houses right off the main highway separating the neighborhood from the beach. The camper was clean and the hostess had stocked it with plenty of clean linens, ice, a few cold waters, and a small fruit and snack basket. Double fridge and freezer and large kitchen island made meals easy to prepare. There’s also a charcoal grill and a couple of tables and chairs for outdoor seating under the awning. Keep in mind, this is a camper so the bathroom is small, beds are not like in a hotel, and when you are sitting or laying you’ll notice the floor shakes a little when anyone else is up walking. Also, being a camper, there are holding tanks for sewage that need to be emptied every few days and you can monitor that with the panel on the bathroom wall and let the host know when they’re getting full so they can be emptied. If you are thinking about getting a camper and want to try before you buy or are looking for a short term place to stay in Port St. Joe, I recommend this lodging.

Thank you to the Cleveland family for this review, very nice people! They didn't realize that the RV is connected to our sewer system. The tanks did have to be emptied because l forgot to open them back up. Normally they just flow into sewage line. That's my fault l forgot to open them back up! I won't ever forget again ! People staying there in the future will not be bothered with that.
