Playa del este de México: 2 dormitorios grandes con una reina en el bedrm principal y gemelos en el bedrm más pequeño. 2 bathrms un baño completo arriba y un medio baño abajo. Fuera del dormitorio principal, hay un balcón con una vista sin obstáculos de la playa. Cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas y lavadora / secadora. Tiene un patio ajardinado muy bien con parrilla de carbón y fuera de configuración. Habitación para 4 coches para aparcar 2 en la parte delantera y 2 detrás de la primera 2 en frente de la unidad ..........

We LOVED Sandy’s Sandals! The location was perfect and the walk to the beach was so short! Everything was truly as it appears in the pictures. Sandy was very responsive if we asked any questions. We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful

This home was just beautiful. We had such an amazing time and the host was absolutely amazing at communicating very promptly. We had no issues at all. The beach is very private very little people at the beach. This resort was quaint away from all of the bigger cities and people which was exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend this beautiful resort.

Don't hesitate to book this one!

Aside from being a beautiful and spacious home, the location could not have been more perfect....a 30 second walk to the beach. The upper balcony was a great place to sit for morning coffee or evening drinks. Sandy was so kind and quick to respond to questions. She really did think of everything....including a super cute beach read on the nightstand!! Will definitely stay again!

This was a great beach vacation spot for our family. A quick walk across 98 to the beach access to enjoy the white sand and water! Sandy was easy to communicate with and had all we needed there.

Beautiful property!

Everything about this trip was great! Beach was minutes away and the home was just as beautiful as the pictures, if not better. Sandy was extremely helpful with everything. Would happily stay here again!

Perfect spot

The townhome is very clean and well decorated. The view from the balcony is so nice enjoyed with a cup of coffee in the morning. Short walk to the beach.

Fabulous getaway

This townhouse is adorable. The view is amazing. The beach is quiet and so clean. The location is perfect. Just a short drive to other towns. We can't wait to come beck!

Beautiful place and location!

We really enjoyed Sandy’s place! It was super clean and cute, had everything we could need during our stay and the location is perfect! Neighbors were friendly and helpful as well as other locals in the area. Close to nice restaurants and stores but on a quiet strip of beach that’s like your own piece of paradise. Sandy was easy to communicate with, we will definitely be coming back!

Great Condo and Location

Clean, great layout inside and upstairs. Easy access to the beach. The outside shower was very nice. Sandy was great with communication and responded fast with any questions!

Perfect for Smaller Families

Me, my husband, and our toddler stayed here for the week! It was great. House was clean and had everything we needed. The location is great and right across the street from a nice beach access. Beach was never crowded! Would highly recommend and go back in the future!

Cheeseburger In Paradise

Spent the week on the beach listening to Margaritaville radio (rip Jimmy Buffett ❤️). Property was beautiful and cozy. Scrabble game was a huge plus for us!! Beach was gorgeous, as always. Will be coming next year.

Great place to stay

We had a great week. The home is in a great location, not right on the beach but it only takes about a minute to walk across the street. The house is furnished well and was very clean and tidy. Very comfortable for 4 people. I hope to go back again.

The beach was closer than I thought. The view from the upstairs balcony was awesome. Overall the condo was fabulous. Better than the pictures show. Loved it!!!!

Beach lover!

This was by far the best place we have ever stayed. The condo was very clean, comfortable, welcoming, and well decorated. We had plenty of room and beach access was about 100 yards away. The best part was the back patio and outdoor shower. The owner thought of everything to make our stay the best! We will be back.

Panama City is where my family vacationed when I was a child. I grew up in Birmingham Alabama and all my life I dreamed of living in Florida. When I was 27 I joined the military and moved to Ft Walton Beach, FL where met my husband and got married. After about 20 years there we relocated to Tyndall AFB and moved Panama City. In 2018 we moved to St Joe Beach just down the street from the townhouse this is where we live today. Update I have retired after 32 years. Retirement date was 1 Jan 2017 Happy New Year!

After I finally got to Florida the next thing I dreamed of was having a home on the beach. There were just to many people on the beaches in Ft Walton and Panama City Beaches, so this is what lead us to St Joe Beach. It's beautiful here and just enough people for company, but not over crowded. My dream has come true and I'm sharing with you!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Sandy's Sandals was renovated after Hurricane Michael. The townhome is located across the street form the beach steps from the water with little or no waiting to cross the street. Hear the waves rushing upon the sparkling white sand from your private second story deck. This is an awesome place to watch stunning sunsets over the Gulf of America. If you prefer to stay in the unit is decorated in a coastal casual style, has a 55"TV in the livingrm and smart TVs in each bedrm. There is free WIFI, and a DVD player with large DVD library. You also have an outside shower for rinsing off after a fun day at the beach. This is an end unit with access to the backyard via a sidewalk running down beside the building. If you would like to bring your boat there is parking for it across the street or at the other end of the building.
