Lovely, well-appointed studio unit. Nothing was lacking. Quiet and peaceful. My daughter’s family was in J207 and we all had such an enjoyable time in Maui! I did not use the pools. I came to this beautiful island specifically to take advantage of the beaches and snorkel in pristine clear water.

The condo was furnished with second rate furniture, art work was horrible. NO WINDOWS made it very claustrophobic! I would not recommend this to anyone

We contacted the property manager a couple times. The first time we received the missing wash cloths and hand towels in about 20 hours. The second time when we asked for shampoo we never got a response.

We did not see a request for shampoo, and we’d like to clarify that our starter kits do include shampoo as part of the essentials provided.
