The open-concept main living area features ample seating, a large smart TV, and natural light pouring in from Gulf-facing windows. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and designed with group meals in mind, complete with quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and a large island with seating.

Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the Gulf-view deck, your afternoons lounging by the private pool, and your evenings around the outdoor dining table or enjoying the peaceful rhythm of Cape San Blas. There's also ample parking for multiple vehicles and covered parking for convenience after a beach day. Large enough for boat parking if you plan to bring your own boat for fishing.

*Outdoor security camera is installed to monitor the driveway and the covered area by the front door.
The Cape is Secluded. It will be 30 minutes to a real grocery store. Plan ahead!
The wifi is very fast but it is beach wifi and it could not work at all at times. It is not 100% reliable. The internet access is very fast but with the beach comes severe storms that can knock out power and take the internet offline.
Most cell carriers will be spotty at best and likely won't work at all.
Sand gets everywhere. It's likely you'll find little pieces of sand in the home even when it is freshly cleaned. Sand just has a way of doing that.
Items Left Behind:
There will be a $50 shipping and handling fee per item for any item left behind that you wish to be returned. We will provide a tracking number within 3 days of receipt of the fee.
TV's - We have Roku TV's the living room and each bedroom. Please bring your own passwords for streaming subscriptions.
As the saying goes... leave the campsite nicer than you found it
In case there is any damage please let us know ASAP.

We love celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, graduations and anything else! Please let us know how we can make your celebration vacation even more memorable!!
*A security camera is installed on the exterior of the house facing the front door.
*Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Primary guest renting must stay at the property each night of the reserved dates.
*Pool heater is expected to heat the pool up to 10-15 degrees above the air temperature. It is best used during the Fall and Spring seasons (September, October, March & April). It is unlikely the pool heater will be effective during the Winter months of November, December, January or February.
*We will respond to requests as quickly as possible. Office hours are from 9am to 6pm every day. Since we do not use a property management company, we are not a 24 hour operation; although we will respond to after hours requests if possible. This allows us to keep your costs and add-on fees to a minimum.
*Heating and Cooling (HVAC's) - There is a thermostat on each floor. We ask during the daytime to keep the temperatures set to 72F and not to go below 68F at night. The Florida heat and humidity can be brutal and we want the air conditioning running as efficient as possible. Please ensure all windows and outside doors are closed to ensure efficiency. During the Summer months, keeping the blinds and curtains closed during the day will help keep the temperature inside the house comfortable. We will periodically check the thermostats remotely to ensure they are operating properly and you remain comfortable during your stay.

Location. Location. Location. Away from the very busy areas, where you're normally fighting traffic and crowded beaches. 1st Tier home on the quiet end of the South Cape. We have a heated pool with easy beach access. Cape San Blas offers dog-friendly beaches. Vehicles can be registered through the county tax assessors office to drive on the beach.

This house was purpose built for multiple families. We offer a bunk room with 2 bunks (2 sets of twin bunks). Two king and one queen bedrooms, each with it's own full bath. We tried to create the space so each family would feel they have their own privacy.
