This house is beautifully furnished to accommodate 12 people comfortably. The ground floor has a king bedroom and full bath. The first level features a master bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom and a flat screen TV. The kitchen, dining, and living areas on the first level provide ample seating for large family meals or watching your favorite shows on the large flat screen. The full screened in porch on the has an outdoor lounger and full dining set for creating a wonderful outdoor experience. You will never get tired of these breath-taking views day or night. Bringing a pet or in need of pool heat? Both can be arranged for an extra fee (please note that pool heat will only increase the water temperature by 10 degrees above the outside temperature). Kindly inquire about size and number limits for pets. Events exceeding the house occupancy or requiring a chaperone are not allowed. We strictly enforce a minimum age limit for renters.
