XTRA GUESTS brought that were not listed when originally Reservation the Cabin will be charged $85 per each person day stayed our overnight.

OCUPANCY POLICY:
The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 GUESTS for the entire duration of your stay per Big Bear Lake City Rule. This limit must not be exceeded at any time. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction without a refund, and you will be responsible for covering the cost of eviction.

Unregistered Guests:
Extra guests or "day visitors" are not permitted, even for brief visits, during your stay. Please ensure that all individuals staying at the property are registered. Gatherings are strictly prohibited on the property if they exceed the maximum occupancy of 6 people.

Extra pets that were not registered when the cabin reservation was made will be charged $85 per EACH pet. We accept only ONE dog weighing no more than 30 pounds; exceeding this limit will be considered a violation of house rules. Any damage caused by a pet after the visit will be charged into your account for repairs.
